Peter has always put himself first before others. It wasn't that he thought he was the greatest gift from the heavens or anything, he just thought he had a better outlook on life than most people. The idea of growing up was never on the agenda for him. He was a quite immature child, despite how long ago that was, and that never left him. He cracks jokes, laughs when it's inappropriate, and doesn't abide by many rules. Perhaps he's a bit of a trouble maker but he has a good heart.
Peter remembers leaving his life at a young age, but he doesn't remember anything before that. He hasn't for a very long time. Those memories are lost and he has no inclination to find them.
Finding Neverland was perfect. They could be free, do what they wanted anytime they wanted, and live by their own rules. There they found the lost boys and eventually Wendy and Talia, whom he has deemed Tinkerbell-- or Tink for short.
Time was a strange concept to Peter. It didn't really exist and he had abilities to stop time, slow it really. Neverland had been charmed by this magic for so long that Peter wasn't sure how long he had been there. He never kept track of time, using the sun and the stars as guidance, nor did he keep track of calendar time.
Life was great for so long and then one day Wendy went missing. There was an instant panic Peter felt in his stomach right away. Was this fear? Peter didn't fear much except growing up. He'd felt lost without Wendy, and he was certain it drove Tink crazy, despite that though he sought out to find her.
Peter never really did the "feelings" thing. He wasn't attached to much, just a life of freedom and flirting with mermaids. He had control over his life for so long that when he ended up in Evermore on his search for Wendy he felt...lost. Lost as well as angry, scared, bitter, and the dark feeling of never knowing what's coming next in life. Dread, perhaps?
Seeing as he makes poor choices and indulges in poor vices as a part of his guilty pleasures it's not much of a shock that he turned to a job that he and other people could let loose and have fun. Peter had to deem the place Neverland after his, what seemed so distant, old life. Karaoke was open for all, happy hour was great, and the drinks were cheap enough that people came back for more. He often hosted live events there to bring in more crowds. Peter made sure it was a fun place for people to enjoy themselves and vibe.
Peter's kept track of every day he's been in Evermore. He may never have in the past, but living in Evermore was different. Time was different there and though he could slow down how time affected him or others around him he couldn't for the town as a whole. There was a different type of magic there and he couldn't quite place his finger on what it was, but it scared him. Sometimes Peter feels as if his magic is...struggling. It happens rarely but he knows he needs to get out of Evermore now more than ever. He's content enough to live but he knows he can't be there forever.
The Lost Boys are very dear to Peter and they would look after them no matter what. The boys are their family and if anyone wanted to mess with them they'd have to go through Peter first, and they aren't afraid to throw the first punch.

Style varies depending on the occasion. Peter likes to be comfortable but makes sure he looks damn good doing it. Very much incorporates jewelry into their look. Definitely paints their nails, Has some tattoos and piercings. Just think of a cool, suave dude. They'd appreciate that.
