What I love about summer is sausage salad. This tasty treat, is a family recipe that never disappoints. The mix is Knockwurst sausage, white cheddar, and the sauce is one table soon yellow mustard, one table spoon lime and honey mustard, one tablespoon of olive oil, and two spoons red wine vinegar.
