Can someone remind me what it feels like to eat and not feel guilt?
weird eating disorder things
{trigger warning}
- hyper awareness of the fat on my body
- counting calories of other people’s meals in my head
- obsessively measuring my wrist with my thumb and index finger
- not being able to sleep if I haven’t worked out
- feeling extremely uncomfortable in anything that’s not an oversized hoodie
- feeling sort of proud in a sick twisted way when I notice the bad side effects of my disorder (thin hair, easy bruising, lightheadedness)
- getting really excited to go grocery shopping and pick out vegetables and low cal substitutes
- feeling like my disorder isn’t real/valid whenever I eat
- planning out my meals and workouts for the next day 24/7

You might not have reached your UGW, but August is going to be YOUR MONTH.
Plan your meals, get out and go for a walk, throw away that food you know you’ll binge on, set a small goal and FUCKING GO FOR IT!

plateaus suck
I’ve been at 144 for about 3-4 days now, which isn’t bad because losing 6 pounds in a week was awesome, but I’d like to get off the plateau. I have thought about doing another weekly fast, but I try to intermittently fast more than constant fast to avoid binges and avoid worsening my disorderly eating. When I start fasts I won’t stop til I drop, literally, then I can’t get myself to eat again. Decisions decisions ...
