Hellblade 2 has the best fight sequences.

No other game even comes close.

Yeah, this was the hardest difficulty. I was gobsmacked the first time I played it. The animations and transitions actually change so much depending on how you play, and it's all so smooth.

Took me hours to edit this though, because it's not meant to be watched on a vertical screen. So I had to play the camerawoman here. But it was fun. I'll probably make some others! Love this game.

Hey!!! Have you tried Dark Rot Mode yet? It's harder even than the base game Hard Mode, but I found it very satisfying to master. There are some additional animations that surprised me, like bearded axe wielders can parry your perfect parry sometimes.

Thank you. I haven't no. I'm not sure I have the patience to start everything over again. But I do love discovering new animations and voice lines. I wish I played the game on highest difficulty on my first walk-through. I wonder how many deaths are allowed in this mode.

In the first game, they claimed it was "dark rot mode" by default. I remember dying soooo many times, checking Senua's arm all rotten, being worried about it, but nothing happened. I wonder if it was all fake? I mean the theme being paranoïa after all...
