HAPPY PRIDE MONTH GAYS GALS AND NONBINARY PALS AND ALL THE OTHER LGBTQIA+ BUDDIES I RAN OUT OF RHYMES

Drew one of those "characters in your au and their sexualities" with my pairing and this random one I made up with Garden Bouquet Scraps and Colorful April Yatta (randomly selected via wheel of names) for some #womenrepresentation (the entire main cast of SLS is dudes sorry) various labels under the cut

Choco is this thing I found called quoiromantic which basically means that he has a lot of trouble placing if he's feeling platonic or romantic attraction for other people (unsure if I've ever said such here but he did used to think he was in love with Berry because default Sprout and Cosmo were and he thought he MUST be in love with Berry and it really messed him up like forever) and North is very very gay (man that is romantically attracted to only men)

Bouquet is sapphic + lesbian (sapphic is like an umbrella term, to my understanding all lesbians are sapphic but not all sapphics are lesbians (because it includes ANYONE who's not a man, not just women) lesbian is woman that is romantically attracted to only women) and April is butch lesbian (plus lesbian for color variety) (masc presenting lesbian but still a woman) neither of these two have been characterized yet so I was just picking things I thought fit well at first thoughts on them!! Are they canon? Uhmmmmmmmmmmmm

I asked John about some of his guys and we came to the consensus that post-crashout Caramel is probably aroace (no romantic or sexual attraction to anyone), Drizzle is Elton John levels of gay, and Vintage and Vinnie are probably in a queerplatonic relationship (platonic relationship that goes beyond the societal norm for a friendship, a romantic relationship without the romance basically) maybe we'll think of some more for the other sprouts and cosmos as the month goes on

Oh and prismatic pal Finn and dark spikes Shrimpo (Prism and Spike) are gay and in love and their ship name is Dark Side of the Moon after that one pink floyd album color I'm excellent at names you're welcome crow

Choco and Vintage go on a Caramel-less adventure with a bunch of other guys (aka me n our Vintage obsessed friend hosted an American Healthcare run because Rhett couldn't join us and nothing went right)

In summary Choco was forced to distract and died horribly to my lag but we're pretending it's something cool lore wise I'm cooking up, Vintage kept cursing, Startime died literally floor 4 in the 2.5 seconds Choco hadn't found twisted tisha yet, Berry Beast was sick of our shit and somehow lived the longest, and Ginger was there until she disappeared into thin air somewhere around floor 8

Recently just learned of this but I absolutely love the art, what’s the lore or anything lore related 👀

Well we can't really tell you everything lore related because that would ruin the mystery I'm pretending exists (also it's not done yet) BUT you can have some fun facts!!

Choco has a dark and edgy backstory like all the cool characters, and Caramel has enough to warrant me writing a story about it. Maybe I'm procrastinating on it, maybe I'm not! Vintage doesn't really have much lore to him beyond anecdotes and being the first Sprout after default.

The answer lies in the Cosmos.

What made caramel so angry all the time?

Public runs! He's based on the pure rage that I feel when I distract in random public games.

The actual lore reason is partly that, too. Caramel isn't in contact with his Cosmo, Drizzle, for a reason. It's not a very good reason.
