couple of new characters, more info under the cut

their names are kilobaud (not new), heath, and phillis respectively he/they, he/him, they/them

kilobaud gains 0.5 movement speed for every machine completed until panic mode is over and the floor is complete.

trinket: i dunno! i'll have to think about it

heath can extract from two machines at once, at a 50% extraction speed debuff for both. he cannot double-extract from a machine somebody is on. you would have to perform both machine's skill checks, meaning that two could pop up on your screen at once.

trinket: i still don't know

phillis can cast a 35% extraction boost on 2 (scales with floor count) machines with a cooldown inbetween.

trinket: garden shears 25% skill check size reduction, 5.5% extraction speed boost (not sure about this)
