Some Steps to be followed:
Step 1. First of all Install and activate the WP Widget Disable plugin.
Step 2. After the plugin is activated, visit Appearance > Disable Widgets page to configure plugin settings.
Step 3. Select the sidebar widgets tab and check the box next to the widgets that you don’t want to use.Then click on the save changes button.
Step 4. After that go to Appearance > Widgets page to see the difference. The widgets you choosed to be removed will no longer be displayed on the widgets screen.
Step 5. Now visit Appearance > Disable Widgets page again and tap on Dashboard Widgets tab.
Step 6. Choose the widgets you want to hide from the dashboard screen.
Step 7. Just Tap on the save changes button to store your settings.
Step 8. Next Visit the dashboard page to see it in action.
You will see that the widgets you selected in the above steps are not visible on the dashboard or inside screen options menu. But there is also a feature that enables you to create your own custom WordPress dashboard widgets to display on the dashboard.
