I told my dad when I was being bullied online, it was because of my braces. People were commenting "metal mouth" and "train-track face" on my photos of me smiling. I don't think my dad really knew what to say because he told me to "take it like a man." I don't show my teeth when I smile in photos anymore.

My first experience with Cyberbullying was when my boyfriend broke up with me and started dating another girl a week later. That's when the bullying started. Fake accounts commented on my photos on Facebook and Instagram, calling me "ugly" and that I'm "too fat to have a boyfriend." They even made a fake Tinder account pretending to be me, it made the breakup so much worse for me. It is my worst experience in high school.

What IS Cyberbullying?
Cyberbullying is the new-age form of bullying. No longer is it confined to the schoolyard but now has the limitless possibilities of the world-wide-web. Cyberbullying is known to be so suffocating and inescapable, to the point where people have taken their own life to escape their bullies.
Cyberbullying can be defined as, but not limited to:
Hurtful, extremely unkind or abusive messages. this can be from strangers or people you know.

Rumours shared about you are spread via text, email or social media sites.
Your own personal social media profiles or email are hacked and used to embarrass or hurt you.
Fake social media profiles or email addresses are created pretending to be you and used to embarrass or hurt you.
Hate websites, blogs or social media accounts are made to embarrass or hurt you.
People going out of their way to exclude you from chats, social media pages or blogs.
Unfair attacking or harassing players in an online game.
