I’ve noticed that, Mandy uses his cane in his left hand, which would indicate to most that there is something wrong with his right leg, however, I personally think it’s not JUST his leg that is the problem after he becomes cursed, but maybe his hips and his spine as well. He also seemed to have better mobility when he was alive, despite the problem he has with his right leg. In fact, he was able to move around and stand without having to use his cane much at all (although the fact he often used the railing of the ship as support helped). After they were cursed he also often used his sword, but he held it in his right hand, but his limping is alot worse, and if you notice, he would have to use his left hand as counter balance, to prevent putting too much weight on his right leg.
