I absolutely ADORE ScotFra, and I’ve loved it since I joined the Hetalia fandom. Mostly thanks to moonlighten.

Headcanons:

Scotland has no taste in alcohol, and it annoys France to no end. What person in his right mind chooses to have whisky when France has so kindly offered him a glass of vintage champagne? Preposterous.

No one can tell me France doesn’t love snuggling up to someone as big and warm as Scotland. Especially in Scottish winter (something I have unfortunately experienced myself many times).

Occasionally, Scotland will put in a kilt for France to drool over. Yes, he is keeping his pants on (that’s underwear for you American folks), thank you very much.

In their childhood, France was terrible with a sword. England was just as terrible, and they often got into duels. Scotland had to endure the suffering of witnessing their terrible technique. Both have since gotten better.

Every headcanon you can find in moonlighten’s FtF is also absolutely golden, as long as you like angst ;) shameless promotion of my fav author ever.
