hi everyone! call me seren or ellie. i'm an adult (20+). my pronouns are he/she/it/star. i identify as a genderqueer + stargender aroaceflux fictospec femme lesbian. i am an artist, writer, designer, heathenistic chaos witch, and computer nerd. this is my blog for all things related to fictoromantism and selfshipping!

i moved here from @foxbloghub! that blog served as my home base for five entire years (2020 - 2025) but it eventually grew so cluttered that my tags literally broke. i desperately needed a fresh start, so, here i am. my old blog has been converted into an archive and general hub for all of my sideblogs. it is also my main blog, so all interacts & follows are from there!

i've seen a lot of people say that it seems like ahri's charm spell "failed" on senna (because she's like, straight and married? i guess?), but i firmly disagree; i don't think it's possible for ahri's charm to "fail," for one, but also, i think her expression is a positive one!!! she isn't very emotive, and has the tendency to be quite guarded and reserved, so i think it is far more realistic that her reaction to seeing something/someone she likes would be her widening her eyes in curiously/surprise, as opposed to melting (like braum, illaoi, etc.)

i also think charm magic is startling. akali has a rather frightened expression when charmed, because i do think she recognizes the magic. caitlyn has a similar reaction to senna's! her pupils get really big. i think senna's expression veers more toward that, than akali's.

You don't have to have life figured out. Career, school, goals; all of it can be worked on one step at a time. Your f/o doesn't mind helping you figure out what's best for you or to help get your mind off the stress that may come with such important decisions!

They'll always do their best to help you work out your emotions or at least give you something to help you out with it all; whether it be space, a listening ear or a shoulder to cry on.

You don't have to be affectionate all the time. It's okay to have moments, short or long, where affection can be something difficult to muster. Your f/o still loves you and they know that you love them as well!

You don't have to be in the perfect environment. Harsh home life, complicated relationships with friends and/or family, your f/o will have your back no matter what. You don't have to be anything other than yourself. You don't need to look, act, think, talk, or do anything differently than you normally would! Your f/o's love for you is true and unconditional. They love everything about you, even the parts that you haven't learned to love about yourself yet.

Your f/o loves you for you. Through the best and the worst of it all, they'll stick by your side no matter what! Don't be hard on yourself, you're doing the best you can in your current situation, and that's all that really matters!
