I'm finally free from my own self-imposed chains that kept me bound to the floor in a way I could never truly Express who I am granted I am just me, and there is a whole nother world repressed pushed down and stuffed away that needs to say hello today. I'm no one special.

M - Max Cardio Conditioning & Cardio Abs

T - Max Interval Plyo

W - Max Interval Circuit

Th - Max Interval Plyo

F - Max Interval Circuit

S - Max Cardio Conditioning & Cardio Abs / whatever non-insanity workout that I want to do for that day.

Gained lots of lbs to be honest. Stopped weighing myself everyday. Just want to focused on eating healthy. Whatever the weighing scale might say.

Honesty is the most difficult lesson to learn isn't it. Above all else honesty is the most important in any relationship, business, romantic family.
