I loved seeing those small snapshots of memories and their past cos to us IT COULDNT BE CLEARER how much they love each other, how much love has been there BEFORE they even knew what to call it but to get to see it and realise it BEFORE THEY DO... rather before they label and BOTH accept it made me feel so ANSMWMAJEJWMSNEA COS YOU JUST WANT THEM TO CONFESS MORE AND MORE WITH EACH DRABBLE cos it's clearer and CLEARER to everyone except them

I think the drabble series somehow is a perfect fit for telling their story cos it's snapshots of their lives as they grow up before we finally get back to the present with ENDLESS PROOF OF WHY THEY'RE SO PERFECT TOGETHER AND SO VISIBLY IN LOVE

Ch. 9 / Series Masterlist

Seokjin never did show up for drinks with your friends. In fact, it’s New Year’s Eve — almost two weeks since that disastrous night at your apartment — and you haven’t heard more than a few words from him. Every unreturned phone call and short, stilted text breaks your heart a little further, but honestly, you can’t blame him. You deserve this for the way things went down. 

Grabbing your phone from the coffee table, you check the time. 11:00 pm — you were supposed to be at Hoseok’s party hours ago, but instead of getting up and getting dressed, you slump further into your couch and settle in for your new nightly routine: running over every detail of that horrible night with Seokjin (and the past year and your whole life) ad nauseum.

Ahhh Sunny, I’m so happy you asked about this one because I’m super excited about the characters and the premise! 😍 So, one of my favorite things about Jungkook is when his super sweet, romantic side comes out. Like, the fact that Titanic is his favorite movie and he wants to hear bells ringing when he finds his soulmate like in Your Name. This fic is basically my love letter to that part of his personality 💕

In the story, Jungkook is a personal trainer who also works part-time at a movie theater so he can sneak into all the new romance movies for free. He’s a diehard romantic and on a quest to have his magical movie moment and find “The One.”

Y/N is Jungkook’s cynical co-worker at the movie theater who teases him about his romantic idealism and always has a capital “O” Opinion about the people Jungkook dates. Basically, she’s TXT’s Antiromantic personified.

However, as they spend more time together, Y/N begins to question why she cares so much about who Jungkook is dating and why the idea of romance suddenly doesn’t seem so bad anymore. Meanwhile, Jungkook realizes that maybe he needs to stop searching so hard for the elusive “One” and pay more attention to what’s in front of him 👀
