Indian wedding evaluation do far.

Progression the wide leg Indian trousers. Sewed the two trouser legs together, inserted an invisible zip, sewed crotch together and overloked inside pocket seams, trouser seams and all raw edges.

While sewing I made some tucks in the seams of the trousers, making the block print go into the seam slightly.

Still need to sew on the waistband, sew the hem and embroider some mirrors around the paisley.

Back & front of Indian top. Hand sewed sequins along the hemline, sewed on the scalloping and used binding on armholes and back neckline.

I personally don't like how the scalloping v neck looks. I think I sewed them too low down on the v neck and don't like how the topstitching is covering the freyed edge.

Practice of lino prints with paisley design, used different colours to decide what colour would work best.

Decided with the white colour because it stood out and is more elegant against the grey/blue fabric.

Also using the Perl and grey sequins and light blue, green and gold embroidery thread.
