serotinal
(adjective) Serotinal, also pronounced [si-rot-n-l], is the most romantic and beautiful word pertaining to this time of year;alluding to or occurring in late summer. For example, the breezy, cool nights, the leaves on the ground, the earlier occurrence of the sunset and back to school season are all serotinal manifestations. They are the beginning markings of autumn in the form of summer nostalgia. (via wordsnquotes)

we will never feel in sync until we treat ourselves as such: synchronized beings. we operate, body mind + spirit, as one unit. when one element is out of balance, all elements suffer. all elements depend equally upon the next to support, sustain and nurture our whole being. we must not forget to love ourselves as one whole, flourishing being.

Taiyaki is one of Japan’s most beloved cakes. It’s made using waffle or pancake batter and is usually filled with sweet red bean paste. But as you can see, with a little modification they can also be used to hold your favorite flavour of ice-cream! The tail hides a surprise filling of either red bean or custard, and you can find them at a new store called Taiyaki NYC located in the heart of Chinatown and Little Italy. (Source)
Tried it last night. It’s pretty neat and the taiyaki is nice and freshly made. I recommend it!
