*Before Janus could even fully progress it, suddenly there was a Banded Krait Snake was there in a pile of Janus' clothes, instead of Janus*
*The Snake had quickly decided to just hide as best as possible under the clothes, so the room appeared completely empty, though Janus would never just- leave his clothes on the floor like this*
*barges into his room as usual because a closed door is a suggestion and knocking isn't in his dictionary* janny? *he looks around and notices that something is off. Those clothes.... he walks over to it and picks it up roughly* oh hello janny *he immediately gets gentler when he notices janus* dont hide like that. Someone might throw you into the washing machine at this rate
*The banded krait immediately looks offended at the accusation that he was "hiding" though the fact that he'd buried himself under a pile of clothes suggests otherwise*
*He flicks his tongue at Remus in what is clearly a silent complaint before cautiously poking more of his head out from the clothes*
*Once Remus starts holding him more gently, Janus relaxes a little, coiling loosely around his wrist for stability. He gives a small nudge against Remus's arm*
*At the mention of being thrown into the washing machine, Janus freezes for a moment*
*Then he very deliberately shakes his head*
*No. Absolutely not.*
*After a second, he starts trying to climb higher up Remus's arm, apparently deciding that being carried around by Remus is preferable to being left on the floor where such a fate could potentially occur*
Both can be possible at the same time, each one can be a standalone thing, and quite frankly, the definition of what makes a cult a cult is not very enjoyable
*The growling only intensifies... unfortunately, so does the furious wagging of his tail... Gods damn it... why is overriding instincts so ridiculously difficult?*
*He lets out an irritated huff, ears flattening as he fixes Remus with a conflicted stare.*

Well the answer is yes, whenever he's not intentionally singing bad that is, which he does tend to do around others more frequently- he IS quite a good singer though especially when he thinks no one is listening, then it is at its best
