[Hollywood] is certainly giving us a lot of cautionary tales, but where are the blueprints that they once gave us for how to do things correctly? It can't all be just "here's what's gonna happen to you if you fuck up."

We do need "here's what you can achieve if you change your ways and do things right."

Now, as an adult, I can see past [the dystopian content], but when I was a kid, I [grew up with] the opposite. I had a lot of templates and characters who would do the right thing.

When this was created, it was the height of the fandom and everything was fine. Even though I don’t post on here as much or interact with the fandom much anymore (I kind of burnt a bunch of bridges with people and moved on to different fandoms) , it’s always nice to see new fans and old fans alike still reblog stuff from this blog.

That tag had nothing to do with Ron. There's this other fave of mine (in another fandom), whom that every year for his birthday, that person's dad either does a half-assed birthday post, or not at all (to the point where within the community its one big ass meme).

So yeah, that was in relation to that, not Ron. I haven't heard any bad things about him at all.

The Orville fandom on X is really starting to frustrate me. They legit can't be happy about anything.
