My Debit Card Payment Has Been Declined Even Though I Have Enough Money to Cover the Payment
If you've Needed a debit or check card Repayment declined and you Have Sufficient money in your Accounts to Pay the payment, there are four conditions Which Will prevent your payment from going through:
The repayment amount surpasses your daily spending limitation .
The payment is much larger than the maximum trade allowed for your account.
Your debit card has been secured by your issuing association. This usually occurs when you input a wrong PIN in an ATM higher than a couple times.
The charge is significantly larger than that which you usually would placed in your own card.
The remedy to any one of the above issues is to contact your charge card's issuing association and ask them to adjust your daily spending limit, maximum transaction size, or even to unlock your card. Most charge card issuers can create these changes and have them take effect instantly allowing you to complete your payment.
If your issuing institution won't lower your highest possible trade or everyday spending limit, consider making a collection of smaller payments which are under your limit including the VPS convenience fee.
