Yup you read that right, cinnamon toast popcorn.
My brother received a gift basket from a client which was filled with assorted popcorns from Popcornopolis.
The basket contained generic flavors; caramel, cheddar, kettle and low and behold cinnamon toast. I ripped open the bag and had my first taste and it was delicious! Crispy and cinnamony!
I like to accompany it with a cup of tea to balance out the sweetness. If you happen to come across it, give it try!

Bread Toast Crumbs, a delightful book written by Alexandra Stafford
I know you’re told in school not to judge a book by it’s cover but really who doesn’t?
This is a beautiful book with it’s matte quality and debossed letter detailing. The color black being 90% of the cover makes for a striking photo contrasting against the blue, yellow, and red tones.
I picked up this book at my local library last week and I was sad to return it. Each page is filled with stunning photographs and easy to follow recipes for every which way to have your bread. Whether you are craving a savory breakfast or a delectable sweet, you can be sure to find it here.
Alexandra starts the book off with a story about how her mother baked bread but there was one particular bread that friends and family members loved. And they would ask her for the recipe and her mother would shrug it off saying she got it from the back of the flour bag ( But it wasn’t from there ).
After Alexandra moved out of the house she began baking herself and shared her mother’s famous and loved bread. Everyone would ask her, beg her for the recipe but she gave the same answer as her mom. People would come back saying they made the bread exactly as instructed on the flour bag but it didn’t taste at all like the one she made.
So as Alexandra wrote this book, she asked permission to share her mother’s actual recipe. Which is the first recipe in this book!
