Hello everyone, I'm doing an other post because I didn't explain a lot in the other one.I'm having an autistic burn out, I found out I was on the spectrum this year and my job requires me to mask all day long. I just can't do it anymore. I will try to get an official diagnosis soon and see if I can get some support, but it is a long and hard process.
