Youjin Fancafe Letter

“Hello, this is KNK’s Kim Youjin.

First, I want to say sorry to all the Tinkerbells who have been worrying about me for such a long time. 

For the last two years I was really happy to debut and promote as KNK’s Main Vocal. 

Since I was young this was my dream for such a long time, the thought of wanting to do better than anyone else grew as well. Having those thoughts became a burden so the number of days I was disappointed in myself continued to grow. I began to have problems with my mental health and ultimately decided to make the hard decision of leaving the group. 

I tried to focus on recovering but standing on stage and promoting became hard. I want to say sorry to Tinkerbells and the other members for this decision. 

In my first anniversary letter, I wrote that spending good time with good people is something to be happy about, from pre debut to promoting as KNK for making all this time together great I was always thankful and happy. I made a lot of promises with Tinkerbells but I’m really sorry that I won’t be able to keep all the promises I made with tinkerbells and the company staff. 

I won’t forget your guy’s support. 

I want to say sorry one more time to Tinkerbells and the members Seungjun, Inseong, Jihun, and Heejun who always gave me love and support. 

I’ll always remember all the love you gave me for these last two years. I’m sorry to the Tinkerbells who waited and believed in me until the very end. 

Please always give warm support and love to the KNK members who understood this decision. 

I too will support and pray for them. 

During this time I was really thankful.

So this is what we’re not going to do alright. For reference, the video is of Jihun putting his hands on one of the female staff’s head (possibly playing with her hair or something). When I watched the video, I thought nothing of it. In fact, I thought it was actually super cute that Jihun has a good, close relationship with the people he works with. But 2 of Jihun’s fansites seem to think otherwise.

I would like to iterate in this post that this is NOT how we should act when we see the boys interacting with women.

Especially the women on their staff team (who keep in mind, are probably around the boys a lot and know them really well). And especially, do not act the way Kimchu did. Using the middle finger emoji and deliberately tagging the staff’s official Twitter. It’s beyond pathetic and immature. As well as extremely embarrassing.

I would also like to mention that I am dropping all support for Kimchu and they will not be appearing on this blog anymore. Whatever pictures I have on queue will still be posted but other than that, this blog does not support that kind of behavior.
