I DONT EVEN KNOW actually OH MY GOD I JUST LOOKED AT MY NOTES AND NONE OF ITS PROPER HEADCANONS AGDJEGFJEH
OKAYOKAY DUE TO most likely AN ERROR, GRENADE MAN IS THE ONLY ROBOT MASTER EVER TO NOT GET STUNNED WHEN HIT BY HIS WEAKNESS, WHICH I THINK IS SOOO SO FITTING FOR HIM SINCE HES IMPLIED TO BE MASOCHISTIC AND ENJOY THE PAIN SO HES LIKE THE ONLY RM THAT CAN ACTUALLY ENDURE EVEN SOMETHING THATS SUPPOSED TO BE THE END OF HIM.
CUZ OF THAT I ALSO LIKE TO THINK HES GOT AN EXTREMELY TOUGH EXTERIOR, KINDA LIKE A BUG CARAPACE, SO THAT THINGS LIKE HIS OWN EXPLOSIONS DONT ABSOLUTELY DESTROY HIM (in my head wily used thicker materials on him after having to repair a totally Blown-To-Pieces grenade man) SINCE ITS IMPLIED THAT HE WILL BASICALLY TRY TO BLOW HIMSELF UP (in the cd data where it says "likes getting caught in the blast").
AND HE HAS NO HURT LINES!! HE HAS NOTHING THAT EVEN SO MUCH GLOSSES OVER HIM EVER ACTUALLY BEING DAMAGED OR ANNOYED OR ANYTHING ABOUT GETTING HIT AND ATTACKED CONSTANTLY, ALL OF HIS LINES ARE POSITIVES!!!!!! (i absolutely love his voice, mm8 might be known for its bad voice acting but ghe amount of blunt confidence and total chaos embodied in his speech is something thay works SO NICELY with him, it gives him SO much personality in just one way and i LOVE IT. esp in his defeat line, tis very clear in that)
sword man doesnt like him. at all. the eighth line dont really interact much since theyre less of a line and more of a ragtag buncha idiots that just so happened to be wilys next weapons. sword man and grenade man have SUCH polar opposite behaviours and personalities (despite both loving to fight, but for very different reasons) that i think sword man would DESPISE his existence, but be polite enough to not express it to anyone

FUN FACT!!! grenademan actually gets to be a speedcore artist in mindshift. something he picks up postgame after he became an escapee. (aka fled whatever facility he was trapped in and proceeded to live in the woods)
the reason he isnt blowing everything up instead is that he was disarmed for obvious reasons.

SPEAKING OF THE MUSIC IN THAT IMAGE!!!!! if you love loud and fast stuff then youll really like hyphyskazerbox. she does some really cool breakcore that actually often uses samples as instruments! i really enjoy the sense of unraveling chaos found in manic in your house personally
