Made this cute Clemence skirt from the Tilly and the Buttons book. This is the first piece I have made that actually fits! It only took half a day. The fabric reminded me of the title sequence from The Crown.

A slow Saturday night with my pooch.

Trying my hand at embroidery with this mandala stamped kit from Joann’s. It’s coming along great and I’m enjoying learning new stitches. As always, you tube has been a big help!

Turns out looking at terraniums are more fun to look at than to make.

Our jars have been piling up and I’ve been seeing terraniums everywhere! It feels like it at least… I meant to only pick up a cheap drawer pull at home depot but ended up spending $40 to create these guys. It was much harder than I thought it would be. Should’ve definitely started off with non-spike plants like succulents and moss. I picked spines out of my hand for a few days. We actually don’t have enough window space for three so two were given away as gifts. :)
