• Womb Inflation during labor, with Water or Air

• I will give your lil holes some pounding with cock and other thing

• Massage your smooth and pale massive singleton preggo belly

• Torture your cervix with sounding metal device and tube

• Torture and tease your belly button with meds injection into the womb

• Keep turning your massive baby by ECV

• Give you a harsh hand compression of fundal pressure

• Break your water in the third day after you’re fully dilated so you have 2 days before i let you push

• Keep pushing the baby back in during the birth

• Vaginal Birth with lying down position, or C-Section without anesthesia

• Putting an inflatable ball inside your empty womb just right after the baby was born

• No Water Birth because it will decrease the pain

I don’t think it’ll be possible. But i do have some scenarios of sadistic difficult birth, such as c-section without anesthesia if the vaginal birth become impossible, do you wanna try? If so, my dm menu has disappeared so i think we need to discuss in discord
