I just tested the new Firefox extension 'distractr' by @soulfuxker and it works great!!

basically on its face it's an extension that makes you 'take a break' from work, but the intention is for it to be used for kink things.

you can replace the images it comes up with whatever, I made mine a spiral I like with text, a pink strobe over sm tits and a gif of a girl doing a porn face and text over it.

you can also change the message it says at the bottom from 'break' to anything. I changed it to 'go dumb and edge'

and there's no snooze button or anything, once it comes up it is up for the alloted time no matter what, covering all tabs apart from (as far as I've seen) the Firefox manage extension page, and a site that you have added as your exception. for example I made Tumblr and my main porn sites my exceptions so that only useless things like work and revision and talking with friends gets interrupted, rather than porn haha.
