First attempt at making macaroons.....turned out pretty fab if I say so myself. Looks like I just scored my Easter cookies

Remember when you were a kid and you were cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs or you wanted ice cream for breakfast and no mother and her right mind would ever let her child have ice cream for breakfast. Well here's an adult version of chocolate for breakfast.... completely guilt-free. Chocolate "nice cream". (Frozen bananas, unsweetened cocoa powder, coconut water). Tastes just like soft-serve. Hey Mom look at me... I'm having ice cream for breakfast!
