Intro

So I've been on tumblr for a few months now and realised that I never made and introduction post, so I thought now is better than never. Umm I'll probably edit this later though...

This is gonna be a bit word heavy, I'm a lover of creative writing and shortening stuff down is like my worst enemy.

So, Heyyy everyone

I'm @sgalclevergirl but I go by samudrika over here, that can be shortened to sam, mudri, samu and, if you want, sgal. I don't really have a preference.

Some of the fandoms I'm into are Percy Jackson, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Trollhunters, Jurassic Park/World + CC and CT. I am a casual Marvel fan with a love of Tony Stark, an avid Classic Disney girl with an unhealthy Tangled and Princess and the Frog obsession along with being a Phineas and Ferb freak.

I don't really have an AO3 account yet, but I have sent a request so hopefully I get an invitation soon. I didn't send one out earlier because I have been writing on wattpad since covid under the profile sgal

I believed that for a long time this would be enough and have been reading stories on ao3 as a guest for around 2 years now. Finally I realised an ao3 account would probably be beneficial to me since I only login to this wattpad on one device which is unfortunately not my phone.

So once my ao3 account is up and running with all the stories that I want to preserve and all the new ones I want to add, I will be sending out a post. Uhh I don't know if anyone really cares but I care about keeping my work accessible to me and my being able to talk about it a bit more since somehow I feel like we lost touch of wattpad right as I formed it into my little storage (I do have drafts on there that I will be probably publishing on ao3 if I ever finish them).

Feel free to reach out to talk about fandoms, I don't condone hate and prejudice over here so speak wisely.

Finally, probably should've put this at the top but my pronouns as she/her and I have called myself as pan for years now but I am in a questioning phase as to what that really means to me. If anyone wants to talk about differences between labels, opinions on things we believe people typically skip past or even just have a chat on a character, you can always send out a message.

See, Frost giants in the comics and the movies have blue blood. Blue blood is based in hemocyanin, where as our red blood is based in hemoglobin. Now, Loki shapeshifting as a baby might’ve had an effect on his blood and, with it, a bit of his physiology.

I’m not going to get too scientific, I’m no Jane Foster, but Loki might have grown up with a severe Copper Deficiency. Hemocyanin bonds with copper like our Hemoglobin bonds with iron. When the human body doesn’t have copper, as a base for the very humanoid Loki, it stunts growth along with many other things that would make Loki the Asgardian equivalent of a sick Victorian child. And I say he would have grown up with this deficiency because his diet wouldn’t fit his needs as a Jotun! It would fit Asgardian ones where Lokis copper needs would be copper poisoning for their red blood!

But, when he’s raised on a probable Jotun diet? Well, we see a Jotun raised Loki in What If?

He is shorter than others, but he fits the bill for the Frost Giant! He’s over 12 feet! The only change is Odin never raised him, Laufey did!

My assumption is that Farbauti had a deformity herself or had a similar dietary problem for other reasons, but Loki was just born tiny at the time with the ability to still grow big if he got fed right. Odin wouldn’t have, so the Loki we know best grew malnourished and with a deficiency.

I keep seeing people saying that peter and frank have a "father/son dynamic" or a "uncle/nephew dynamic" but you are all wrong. They have the dynamic of the older coworker that you are way to close with when you're in your 20s. We've all had that coworker. Thats your best friend kinda. But it only works in a work setting

No, no, you don't get it. Frank took that shot to protect Peter. He thought that Jean had frozen Peter too and that there was nothing else he could do to stop her taking over the entire city and doing who knew what to everyone! And, notably, he waited until it really did look, from the outside, that Jean had won and that she wasn't listening to Peter. He gave Peter time to talk her down! No wonder he was devastated when Peter took the bullet instead. That's the kid he was trying to save!
