The Nepo Baby: Part One
The 47th floor of Sterling & Co. was a monument to cold efficiency, glass walls, chrome accents, and the ever-present hum of ambition. Daniel Sterling III, Danny to his friends and Mister Sterling Junior to everyone else, leaned back in his ergonomic chair, swiveling it just enough to catch the way the afternoon light glinted off the Manhattan skyline. His father’s office was two doors down, but Daniel had long since stopped caring about the weight of that proximity. He was untouchable. A Sterling. The golden boy who could do no wrong, even when he did everything wrong.
His secretary, Lisa, stood in front of his desk, her fingers clutching a stack of files. She was efficient, quiet, and, most importantly, easy to ignore. Daniel barely glanced up from his phone as he flicked a pen across the desk, sending it skittering toward her shoes.
“Pick that up,” he said, his voice dripping with the kind of boredom that only came from never being told no.
Lisa bent down, her skirt tightening around her knees, and retrieved the pen. She didn’t react. She never did. But today, something flickered in her eyes, annoyance, maybe, or exhaustion. Daniel didn’t care. He was too busy scrolling through his messages, ignoring the way his father’s latest email sat unopened in his inbox.
“And Lisa,” he added, finally looking up, “my coffee’s cold. Get me a new one. Black. No sugar. You know how I like it.”
She hesitated for half a second. Just long enough for Daniel to raise an eyebrow.
“Now, please,” he drawled, emphasizing the last word like it was a joke they both knew wasn’t funny.
Lisa turned on her heel and left, the door clicking shut behind her. Daniel smirked, tossing his phone onto the desk. He stretched, rolling his shoulders, before standing up. The meeting with the board was in an hour, but he had time. He always had time.
He adjusted his quarter-zip sweater, cashmere, tailored, the kind of thing that cost more than Lisa’s monthly rent, and sauntered toward the private bathroom connected to his office. The door closed with a satisfying click, and he exhaled, some of the tension in his shoulders easing.
The bathroom was pristine, all marble and gold fixtures, the kind of place that screamed money. Daniel leaned against the sink, staring at himself in the mirror. His reflection looked the part: sharp jawline, perfectly styled hair, the kind of face that belonged on a Forbes cover. But beneath the sweater, beneath the slacks, was something else entirely.
His fingers trembled as he unzipped his pants, letting them pool around his ankles. The diaper was thick, babyish, adorned with cheerful cartoon animals. He loved it. He hated it. It was the only thing that made the pressure in his chest bearable.
Daniel pulled out his phone, angling it to capture the absurdity of the moment: Daniel Sterling III, heir to a billion-dollar empire, standing in a bathroom in a diaper. He was about to take the shot when he heard it, the faintest creak of the door.
His blood ran cold.
Lisa had heard the noise earlier, a crinkle, something out of place. She’d seen the way Daniel’s pants had bulged oddly when he’d stood up, like he was hiding something. And now, standing outside the bathroom door, she heard it again. A rustle. A sigh.
She shouldn’t have followed him. She knew she shouldn’t have. But something about the way he’d spoken to her, the way he’d dismissed her like she was nothing, had lit a fire under her skin.
The door wasn’t fully latched.
Lisa pushed it open just enough to see inside.
Daniel stood frozen, his phone in one hand, his pants around his ankles, a cartoonish diaper peeking out from under his sweater. His face was a mask of horror, his mouth opening and closing like a fish gasping for air.
“What the hell…” he started, his voice cracking.
Lisa didn’t move. She didn’t laugh. She just stood there, taking in the sight of him, Daniel Sterling, the untouchable, the nepo baby, caught in the most vulnerable moment of his life.
His face twisted, anger flashing in his eyes. “Get the fuck out!” he snapped, his voice shaking. “This is private! I’ll have you fired for this!”
Lisa didn’t flinch. She stepped inside, shutting the door behind her.
Daniel’s chest heaved, his hands clenching into fists. “Do you have any idea what I can do to you? You’re done.”
Lisa tilted her head, her gaze flicking from his face to the diaper and back again. There was something in her expression, something dangerous, something knowing.
“Oh, Danny,” she said, her voice soft, almost pitying. “I think we’re going to have a lot of fun together.”
Daniel’s breath hitched.
And just like that, the fight drained out of him. Many thanks to @mrbusinessbaby for letting me use his photos for this series!

Baby or toddler? What do you think about this girl?
A little late to the party I know but well worth the wait! These fit pretty well and I think they're so much cuter than Goodnites!
What do you guys think?
Is it a dog or a strawberry, I guess we'll never know

I still don’t really know what happened to me, I’m 19 and now going through potty training again after being released from the military for having so many “issues”. But I know they did this to me, I wasn’t like this before I was a strong guy not some toddler.
I signed up to be apart of testing that would help make me and others better soldiers once the issues where worked out. But all that happened was me and the others losing muscle mass and becoming incontinent like toddlers. We all complained but the testing kept going with a promise that all these issues would stop when the shot where perfected
But after 6 months we were all voluntary released directly to are families with several conditions. We would all keep being payed for the rest of are lives as long as “we” or should I say are families followed these conditions. The first was we were to stay with our families long-term and are issues are to be treated like a toddlers would. The second was never told directly to us, but we all new it had something to do with are issues.
So know where stuck as toddlers to are families and don’t even get to talk to any of the others anymore. My issues are getting worse as I have lost almost all control, I don’t even get treated like a 19 year old man anymore. I over hear my parents talk about putting me in diapers, as well as my treatment to be more like a babies.
I can’t even fight it the money is great and my punishments of spankings until I bust into tears have made me more compliant. I am becoming a baby slowly but why? I wet and mess myself almost all the time, my family only sees a baby and I can’t help but feel like I deserve to be one. Some how I feel like this is what I need to be.
As time goes on words are starting to get harder to say and my thoughts have become clouded. I hear my mommy talking now as my diaper is changed. Something about a new weapon or a drug that helped stop a new war. She said I did a good thing and it’s okay for me to be a baby now. I happily giggle around my pacifier and I fall asleep in my crib as my mommy kisses me goodnight
