Wear your favorite clothes, the most comfortable ones that make you feel good, don’t dress for a day to please anyone but yourself, eat whatever you like to, let your hair look the way you want them to without even wondering what would the world wonder, just do it, now take yourself to a place that feels like heaven, sit there for hours, yes all alone, experience the bliss in solitude and live that day like it’s all you have got, keeping all your worries away, relax, just sit in peace, forget about the pain inside you, forget about them who anyway forgot you, just exhale so deep that when you return back home, all that you take along is a fresh mind, a healthy heart, just throw them away, leave them there because darling they do not deserve to be a part of you anymore, so don’t carry them forever, some things are meant to be left behind…
