I'm suffering because you made me think about 'anti harem' fics wherein i feel bad for the demonized protag (some of them feel a little too 'make her as evil as possible so its not the boys fault that they're so mean to reader' for me) so now I'm stuck writing anti harem where the boys are equally toxic and reader is yelling in the background like 'that's not how healthy polyam relationships work! for the love of god please communicate' only to get blamed for the fallout when no one listens

Not sure if I sent this in or not but I want MC to stalk and steal her alternative self's stuff. Old stuffed animal, videos of when she was a kid, her prom dress, her pet!!! Scary and sad

I’d be fun rousing the suspicions of the household she’s stealing from when all of a sudden things begin to go missing. 

I’d say it would be pretty hard for MC to see those things, all those opportunities and happy memories that were stolen from her before she could ever live them, only to be forced to watch them be carried out by someone else with her face and family, stuck knowing all she could have had but never will.

I think it would be a difficult thing for MC to accept, and it wouldn’t be a suggestion she’d throw around willy nilly. If it really came down to it that if she didn’t lay down her life that one or both of the guys would die, then she’d do it in a heartbeat. 

As for the guys, they’d rather dust. For them, it would be exactly the same as eating each other, even if they are made of different things.

Do you think MC would ever become protective of the last bit of innocence Sans and Papyrus have. Because she's human she doesn't mind having more blood spilt by her hands but she doesn't want if for her monsters that are still made of hope, love, and compassion.

In fact, she does that all the time. It’s one of the reasons she faces the other versions of her boys head on despite knowing that they have a fair advantage considering their magic, and refrains from getting help from Sans and Papyrus. She definitely knows she can rely on the two, and that sometimes it’s for the better that they have to do those things, but she does her part in trying to protect the two in her own way.

Particularly her defiance against Classic, and how generally she was the one who interacted and debated with him over things in the name of her and her boys. Generally, when she can, she’d prefer to get her hands dirty before they did (especially Papyrus), but she also knows when she needs help or one of the two can do something better then her.  This is also the reason why she went behind Classic’s back in the first place to get a job, so that she could provide for Sans and Papyrus outside what they were ‘allowed’, and also so they didn’t have to face the prejudice many monsters currently experience in the workplace.

It definitely would! However, i think one of the key factors of MC’s survival is her ability to adapt, in a harsh environment such as the underground in her universe, if you want to survive you have to drop all your morals pretty quickly, which doesn’t particularly seem like the type of thing someone with an integrity soul could do pretty easily.

MC gets drunk for the first time so she rounded up all of the skeletons put them in the living room and made them all eat and sleep there so she could keep them safe. She keeps confusing which sans goes with which Papyrus.

Funnily enough, i had an idea somewhat similar to this (however this is certainly an uplevel). 

Personally i think that would be hilarious. I mean, potentially disastrous, but that is totally something she would do.

Hmm... I think their appearance is just an illusion that tricks human's mind. People see monsters as if they were humans, even feel so, but... You can trick the illusion itself :)

My guess at what you will do with au reader is have her be in a bad way. Reader can have the feeling of 'am I supposed to be grateful' not because aus life is harder but because she isn't really living. Is it better to have lived a life of unspeakable hardship? She gained a family but was it worth it? Seeing her other self coasting along, making the least of the life she has, it would be infuriating. But having sans and Papyrus, is also something she would pride in.

Welp that certainly is an interesting theory, perhaps I'll incorporate that in a way. However what I have in mind is very different, and i'm excited for when it's finally revealed (which is still far from now, but will eventually come).

Can't give away any spoilers so I can't say anything else, but certainly don't be afraid to keep guessing, it is very interesting to hear your thoughts and opinions 😁

What would readers reaction be to an "Ooh dear how have you been? You've lost so much weight, what's your secret?"

MC would definitely be surprised at first, but it wouldn't take her long to realise what was happening.

Any annoyance she might have had over the comment of her low-weight would immediately be replaced by curiosity. She'd probably try to pry and find out more about this worlds version of her. Sooner or later she'd likely try to hunt down the original version of her and watch from afar.

However she may do the opposite and try scaring away or avoiding the person who made the comment. It depends on how ready she is to try and face her family again, if this were to happen right now in the story she'd probably just nod and quickly walk off before anything else can be said. However she'd be more prepared to face her family (even if it's an alternate version of them) once she's more comfortable being on the surface.
