⊰ “The shackle may take up most of your neck but you have enough neck exposed you could fit a collar on 15, don’t take me lightly just because I won’t beat your face in for such petty insults.” he said, putting the shackles on Jyugo before using a padlock to lock them on his arms. “I was able to subdue Musashi without a single bodily injury to him, he was the one who started the fight more or less and I still didn’t almost kill him. I doubt you’re even aware that once the warden turned her back he started wailing on you again.” Kenshirou listened to the things Jyugo said, starting to walk.

⊰ “The past is the past, prisons are horrible and many are corrupt in some way or another. It’s why I am working to bring punishment to these sorts of people” he said, hearing that Jyugo was treated better now then before. He supposed…the same could almost be said of Musashi. “I suppose that is something.”

“Jeez, so serious. Lighten up, will ya?” Not that Jyugo really expected anything of the sort. If he had to guess, he’d say most guards in general had a stick pushed just a little too far up their ass. This guy didn’t seem t be an exception. “It’s not like I called you an actual dog or something. Just because I comment doesn’t mean you need to involve me in your kink, thanks.”

Sighing, the inmate glanced at the cuffs before curling his hands into loose fists upon noting the nature of his own twitching fingers. Was the padlock supposed to be extra security? If so, it wouldn’t do much good if Jyugo really wanted to get away from the mutt. Though that did make him wonder if the knew about that little ‘skillset’ of his. “Honestly, I don’t remember most of what happened after I transformed. And what I do... isn’t very clear.  Whether he did or not, I healed and was allowed back in cell 13, so I don’t really see much sense in dwelling on it if ‘the past is the past’.”

He couldn’t help but turn the others comment around on him as the walked the inmate moving just a little closer so he could at least lace his fingers together behind his head despite the lead. “That’s a pretty impressive goal. Though, speaking as someone who’s been in a lot of prisons and dealt with a lot of guards, you’re gonna have a pretty hard time with that.”

A strangely out of place fox stopped nearby, their black little nose twitched for a moment and then sneezed. If a fox could look displeased, that was exactly what they meant to portray. Another moment passed, they yawned, then knocked over the nearest object. Simply for the sake of 'why not'.

“The hell...?” 

There were... a lot of things Jyugo had long ago stopped questioning when it came to this particular prison. Why there was a cat, why every building’s supervisor was some kind of animal, and why the main guards in 13 were a wimp and a over-hyped mass of perpetual laughter that literally couldn’t tell left from right, to name a few of those things. However a fox in the break room where he’d snuck off to take a nap-and maybe pet Kuu-was something that managed to get a look that simply screamed ‘why’ from the inmate. 

That look only seemed to grow all the more done as the furry little critter proceeded to knock things over. “Just so you know, I’m not cleaning that up.”

♻ Any advice on improving Tumblr RP experience?

Well, you’ll enjoy yourself more if people are respectful of you so be respectful of others. Other than that, just... don’t be afraid to put yourself out there from time to time. Whether it’s posting a headcanon you really love but don’t know what others will think, or reaching out to someone you really want to RP with. 

Remember that this is tumblr; we’re all here just to have fun. I’m pretty sure most of us are at least a little petrified of reaching out to other RPers we admire-including the ones we admire. There’s usually a good chance that, if you’re mutuals they want to RP with you just as bad-trust me. I have a friend who admired my Allen Walker blog for a good while, but he never messaged because he was nervous and didn’t know it was me. Meanwhile I’d been the same for his Tyki. We missed out on a lot of fun because of that, believe me. 

And lastly; don’t let others pressure you. Remember that this is for fun, your comfort is important. It’s not a job and you don’t have to do anything that might make you uncomfortable. If others don’t respect that, then that’s their problem.

Oh, absolutely! 100%

Yeah, I am but unfortunately I have Raid in WoW in less than an hour so not much time to write.

Hmm...well when it comes to writing, I’m not really sure. But in general there are a few people I find really inspiring for various reasons. @rk800isalive / @tu-unico being one person I admire a great deal and find extremely inspiring as a person. 

♋ Are there any FC’s you believe should be used more? Why?

None that immediately come to mind, tbh.

I usually follow reblog karma and send someone something if I reblog a meme from them or they reblog it from me after sending something, but if the meme just doesn’t work for our muses then I’ll reblog from the source wherever possible. 

☯ Do you believe you’re a forgiving person?

Unfortunately, I am what can be referred to as a ‘self-sacrificing-idiot’ so if it’s something that was done to me then... yeah. I’ll probably forgive almost anything if I was the one hurt and even blame myself for it. However if it’s a friend that’s been hurt... then I know how to hold a grudge pretty damn well.

I’ve had people compliment my writing and character portrayals quite a few times and that’s something that always means the world to me and makes my day. Also getting to meet new people and having them go from RP partners to friends that actually transcend the fandom itself is really amazing. I’m honestly amazed sometimes how many important people I met through RPing.

☺  What tends to bring out your muse the most? What inspires you?

I think it kind of varies depending n the day or the muse.Sometimes just reading a thread or knowing a certain RP partner is around will have my muse raring to go, while others it’s listening to music or just starting a new thread for an idea I’m excited for.

☀ What’s the best thing about roleplaying?

Hmm... I’m not really sure. There are a lot of things I love about it; it’s fun, getting to meet and write with other people, making friends through that shared interest, seeing the different portrayals of different characters, and, in some situations even getting to build a whole new world with someone else and see how the characters fit into that and handle being in that setting.

⚓ Are there any small details you tend to like in roleplays?

♨ Have you ever roleplayed with someone that has been problematic but offered critique and then watched them improve?

Not that I can recall. I’ve been fortunate in the sense that I haven’t run into a lot of problematic people, but those I have met seemed... pretty set in their ways.

☈ How many people would you say likes you? 

That’s a tough one to answer, honestly. There are about... 8 people I’m confident do considering they still talk to and confide in me after so long, but I can only really say that about those that have been around and stuck with me for a while since it’s hard for me to tell when it comes to newer people and I worry a lot at first that I might be annoying too them, especially since I’m... kind of a mother hen and worry a lot.

♡ How many people do you like? Are there any people in particular that pop up?

Oh boy, you asked for it. There are a lot of people I absolutely adore! My best friend for starters, @tu-unico / @rk800isalive, @cultofmuses, @pastellninja / @shackledlullabies, @spartansupervisor, and @slumdognico to name those I actually can @. They’re all amazing and I absolutely love each and every one of them to absolute bits.

☠ What keeps you happy?

I’m pretty hard to bring down so just in general I tend to be a reasonably happy person, or at the very least content. My friends are definitely a large part of me being in higher spirits though.

★ What fandom do you consider welcoming? 

Hmm… The most welcoming fandom I think I’ve ever been in was probably Magi: Labyrinth of Magic. Sadly the fandom is dead now but I don’t think I’ve ever felt as welcome in a fandom as I did there. Everyone was so quick to greet me, and I remember within days I was getting so many asks and anons messing with my muse… I’d never experienced that before and it was surprisingly easy to make friends there, most of whom are even still with me now.

☆ What are some the perks with the fandom you’re currently in?

Honestly? I know some people may not see this as a good thing, but to me it is; how small Nanbaka’s fandom is. I’ve been away from RPing on tumblr for about 2 years after some drama, so coming back to a small fandom like this is a lot less overwhelming. On top of that, I know most of the people in it already so there’s a lot less anxiety than there probably would be in any other fandom I’d consider joining.

For sure. I tend to be very detail oriented myself, so I lve when people toss in little details in replies, whether its little ticks the characters might have, or things that add to the environment or world they’re in. Things like that just really add more depth to a thread and that in turn makes the thread more enjoyable as far as I’m concerned.

☢ What calms you down after negativity?

It’s usually hard to bring me down or get me worked up in the first place, honestly. Unless it’s negativity being directed or effecting those close to me-in which case stand aside because protective mom friend-I tend to laugh more at negative stuff than actually be effected by it. When I am effected though or get too overwhelmed, usually rping, chatting, or watching stuff with friends helps the most. Occasionally just being able to vent or listening to music for a bit helps as well, but doing stuff with the people I care about is usually what works best.

There are definitely a few that can have that effect for me. When someone’s RPing a character that you don’t see much being one example, if someone’s RPing a character I really want to interact with, or if I’m just sucked in by their writing or character as a whole. Any of these things will usually warrant a near instant follow.
