A little rent

Life is good. There are many challenges and problems I have, and I would what to have it any other way. I've already overcome so many, and few nearly broke me on every level. Taking a moment to reflect on this. Half a year ago I lost my job of six and half years. Went 2 montga without work and finally got a new job with a big payout. Nearly lost my home car and ability to take care of my family.

Now, even with this new job and payout. I am making more and have more free time. I was able to pull ahead slightly I been able to spend more time with my son, and I've started to take art commission again

Life is good

There's a lot of terrifying things happening in my home country that can't control it . I can only do what I can when I can to try and change it for the better. I don't know what the next 4 years will bring. The last seven days have been intense. All I can do is keep changing and growing and do what I can.

Make the changes where you can when you

So, I made some progress on making a custom sprue of the hive scum heads. There are 10 heads per box, but only 5 are unique, so get to each. Next step will be making the silicone mold for these. That said I have more sprue of the malstrain genestealers bits.

Don't just what to recastw and copy every as is. I what to make some modifications with green stuff and make changes as I feel best for my work.

But this has been a fun treat to myself.

So tomorrow is my birthday 🎂 and I went ahead and bought myself these monstrosities.

I have been waiting for their release as well as the extra income go and get them.

Have lots planned for them.

Firstbrhung is gathering all the brood scum heads and making a sprue for them. Once that's done going to make a silicone mold so I can cate them as I need them for building genestealer gangs and army.

Will repeat same process for the heads and some of the limbs of the actual genestealer.

Big aim done the road I'd to make conversion using those bits on making g the hybrids and hybrid abominations.

I apologize for the quality of photos. I will post better ones in the future as well as progress on all the work.

P.S. I happy to have a smart phone again that let's me use apps like tumlr and the like.

So first post of many to come.

I’ve come to really like the astetics of the Necromunda House Escher weapons and gear.

So i made a bold decision to to tackle a big conversion project, so I’m going to cut free and clean up the leaders range weapon. The combi- bolter needler I’m going to work it first to a basic piece by removing carefully the under barrel secondary weapon and all the plastic that makes up the leader arm.

Once I cut away all they is not needed I’ll also have to build back up anything damaged or simply not there.

The bolter empty shell ejection port is going to be needed to be built up I’ll do plastic card and other materials on hand. This is the work I have done so far and that just using time and a exacting knife.
