Paw Print Rain Boots
It was a lovely day outside! If your definition of lovely meant absolutely pouring. Which coincidentally was what Haime considered lovely. Anything that wasn't freezing cold and/or sleeting, really, counted as a lovely day for Mamono in his book. So the summer weather had been absolutely wonderful so far! Choosing to enjoy the weather he went walking with rain boots on and an umbrella in hand. The young buck was also enjoying the sound each step made, the gentle splishing of puddles. Pausing to check in front of himself to make sure the coast was clear, he gave a little kick. A big spray of water from where his foot had hit the puddle went flying, and he grinned triumphantly. However he immediately recoiled when he heard a yell from behind. During his kick he hadn't thought about anyone being behind him! Turning around, he saw the water had sprayed back some as well. "I-I'm so sorry! I-I didn't know you were there, I-I wasn't paying attention!" He began getting worked up, a hand covering his face to conceal his fearful expression.
