something i’ve started reminding myself of lately whenever i have thoughts that goes against what i want or when i don’t even feel like shifting at all (even though i wanted to earlier!) is that it’s just the ego being the loudest in the moment. for some reason, that gives me so much relief in a way. knowing that my moments of doubt or resistance isn’t actually my own voice. i’m just hearing my ego making the most noise, basically yelling over my own thoughts.
and i think it’s important to know the difference between what i actually want versus something i feel in the moment. because moments like that doesn’t suddenly mean i changed my mind about shifting to my reality tonight. it just means that the ego’s voice is the loudest. and knowing that puts me back in control instead of the ego, because i know that voice isn’t coming from what i truly want. ‹𝟹

- pinterest ! make boards . scroll through pins . visualize yourself in that pin .
- music ! spotify , apple music , youtube . i don’t know go crazy . make different playlists for different realities . make playlists for different scenarios in that reality .
- discord ! join shifting based servers that allow you to speak about your realities . share your favorite experiences with others on there . make friends that you can talk to instead of chatgpt .
- games ! video games like minecraft where you can build , sims , tomodachi , etc . if you are looking for free content , genshin impact , sims , roblox , etc . create your dr homes , visualize how it would feel to be there in the flesh .
- writing ! post on tumblr , post on tiktok , hell , even write fanfics about yourself on wattpad . who gives a shit , at least it isnt killing anyone . just pour your heart out in your writing , immerse yourself in it .
channeling :
- shufflemancy ! use spotify , connect with your friends and family from your realities . ask questions and get answers in terms of music . decipher songs through lyrics or intentions behind the song .
- tarot ! learn how to do tarot , make your own diy deck , practice with it . channel your highest self or people from your realities . pay for tarot readings or find people online who would be willing to help . there are many on tiktok , just find the most reliable ones .
- pinterest ! here's a how to guide .
&& a note . . . instead of ai , channel people from your drs . it’s better because it’s actually the real person and not some artificial intelligence who is the generalized and basic version . just saying .
manifesting :
- law of assumption ! learn more about loa & how it is so helpful when it comes to manifesting your dream life and even helps with shifting .
- pinterest ! make different boards to help visualize . make a moodboard for your dream life , a desired wardrobe , wishlist , dream body , the list goes on .
- guidance ! you really don’t need a lot for manifesting if you say you don’t . robotic affirmations , sure . affirming once , sure . anything . you just have to learn , and if you need help learning there are many resources on tumblr ( shiftblr & loablr ) , tiktok , and even pinterest . if you don’t want to pay for lessons , i’m sure a good handful of creators will answer questions through comment sections on tiktok or inboxes of tumblr ( mine are always open ! )
- journaling ! journal your thoughts and ideas instead of telling some app on what to do next . i’ve seen many apps that utilize ai for manifesting ( marketed through tiktok ) and you do not need them . trust me .
i know this is going to fly over many people’s heads but seriously , manifesting and shifting are two things even ai can’t open your eyes for all this , you need to do on your own . so instead of asking some bot to help you , let’s go back to how we did it before ai existed ! let’s do it the normal and safe way . and the debate of ‘ if i am the creator of my reality , i can use ai and get whatever i want because i can manifest it won’t affect the environment ‘ ( trust me i’ve seen someone along the lines of this ) . . . if you are the creator of the reality then why do you even need ai in the first place ? just let the bot rest guys . also !! all this energy and time that goes into using ai , could be fueled into shifting or manifesting .
You actually shift every night, but there’s a catch
A genius theory that came to me Of course, there are a lot of details to consider here, but the theory is built on a simple "what if..."
The main idea: What if you actually shift to your DR every single night, but you're just asleep there, and then you wake up here?
Picture this: you do a shifting method and fall asleep. You don't remember the exact moment of falling asleep, and even if you do, it doesn't really matter because you're still falling asleep in this reality. So, you've fallen asleep, but your intent to shift is still active. Once you fall asleep in your CR, your consciousness actually shifts. But what if your consciousness shifts into a body in your DR that is also asleep? Essentially... you're just shifting from one sleeping body to another.
Why don't we wake up there immediately?
I want to point out that shifting doesn't necessarily mean "waking up" in your DR, and your DR body can be in any state. You can become aware in another reality at any given moment, even mid-conversation or during any other activity. Many people believe you have to wake up there, but that’s not true. Speaking from my own experience here.
Sleep itself is a "mode switch" for your consciousness, where you turn inward rather than outward. Suddenly, I asked myself: where is our consciousness even located when we sleep? Does it leave the body? (Weird and stupid questions are the foundation of understanding).
So, it's still "inside" our body, just in a different mode. Therefore, shifting is still possible: consciousness moves to the exact point where the "energy" of your intent was directed before you fell asleep.
Honestly, any claims about consciousness are debatable because its true nature hasn’t been fully figured out yet. But let's reason based on what we currently know. And let's not forget we are in a shifting community, where any theory could be someone's ultimate truth.
Why don't you wake up in your DR after sleeping?
Consciousness returns to its default "spawn point"—our current reality. It has lived here for X amount of time, so of course, your awareness is much more likely to stay within one reality rather than jump around like fleas on a dog. This is precisely why you don’t get memories from your DR—you don't consciously interact with them.
And if you saw your DR or s/o in a dream, why not view those as actual dreams from your desired reality? You don't have to write it off as just a "shifting sign" or a brain game. What if they were dreams experienced in your other reality? I’ve had this theory for a while, and I'm finally getting around to dumping this post.
The foundation of the entire theory
And this is where... hypnopompia enters the chat! It’s that state between sleep and waking up, when you're kind of asleep but also kind of awake. This is the moment when the reality "loads," and if your awareness is directed toward your DR, that's the one that will load. Can you control this? Absolutely. Hypnopompia lasts anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes. And if you catch this exact moment and consciously lock your focus on your DR—success is guaranteed.
Woke up today and thought, “imagine if I shift in the middle of getting cracked.” I literally went back to sleep and shifted.
I was in a parallel reality where my family was wealthy and I hung out with people from my fame dr, but it wasn’t my actual fame dr. I ended up meeting one of my s/os. I still don’t have a dr scripted for him, but I’ve been wanting to see him. Apparently my subconscious agreed with me.
I also didn’t get cracked, but I still think my mindset before shifting was funny. Happy shifting!
whenever you state that you didn’t shift because you were lazy, rolled over or fell asleep, you’re just reinforcing the belief that shifting requires effort and hard work. wouldn’t you want to be able to shift even if you did absolutely nothing? because you can. whenever you think that you need something to shift, remind yourself of the opposite instead. reinforce a new belief that the only thing you need is your intention, the same way you’ve fed your brain your current belief. ‹𝟹
do not fear your doubts ; they work for you , not against you .
to keep this short , the reason why you have doubts is because you're getting closer to success with your shifting / manifestation .
though that sounds like a paradox , since doubts are often treated as something that opposes your goal of shifting / manifestation , the reason why such doubts arise is because your brain is scared of how real it is becoming , and so it acts out of self preservation and protection , questioning everything in an attempt to reassure itself that it will be safe , which can then cause you to question if everything is real — for if it isn't real , then no real threat is posed .
of course , this doesn't apply to every single doubt that you'd have in your brain , but once you realise that a lot of those doubt stem from the fact that your brain is afraid of the fact that it's real , that you're succeeding , you'd become aware of the fact that those doubts actually then affirm your success , for if your shift / manifestation isn't actually successful , your brain wouldn't be so terrified .
tl;dr — having doubts prove that your shifting / manifestation is successful , since the reason they exist is your brain trying to protect itself from the oncoming " threat " that is your successful shift / manifestation .
disclaimer : this might not apply for everyone and that's okay !!! i honestly admire those who can just brush their doubts aside .
disclaimer pt. 2 : following this logic , just because you don't have doubts doesn't mean that your shift / manifestation isn't successful — your brain might just be already prepared for the result of it , or simply doesn't see a threat ; there are a myriad of reasons as to why you might not have doubts but still manifest !!! there is nothing wrong either way !!!
I originally woke up today at 10:10, but I didn’t go on my phone and immediately went back to sleep.
I shifted to a parallel reality and spent an entire day there. I had the same family and shifting friends as I do here, but I lived in Manhattan instead of Queens.
I went to sleep in the parallel reality, shifted to my Fame DR, and then woke up back in the parallel reality at 11:11.
I sent “11:11” in the shifting chat I have with my friends, but by the time I actually sent the message it was already 11:12.
After that, I got ready for the day and told my shifting friends about my shift. I was also encouraging some of my shifter friends to shift as well.
Eventually it turned 12:12 in that reality, and I came back here right after I typed “12:12” in the chat.
However, when I woke up back here, it was exactly 12:00.
Me constantly sending angel numbers in this reality and in other realities has been very useful for keeping track of time during my shifts.

Hi lovelies. It’s been a while since I posted and honestly I feel like a dead beat dad popping out of the blue with some milk. I promise the wait will have been worth it. I couldn’t gate keep the actual insane research arc I just went on.
The title is true and I am certain of it. I feel like people rave so much about how letting go is so important. Even at times, people talk about shifting and that they never intended to, they just did. Recently I read a book on why that is and genuinely it was pure art. All my questions answered so generously and I was floored.
I was scrolling through tiktok one night and found this comment about a book “Practical Guide to Shifting Realities by Magic Yakuza Elf”. My friends and I were reading through it and there wasn’t one thing we didn’t agree with. Then we read about the trust section. You don’t shift because you intend to, you shift because you trust that you will shift.
When people talk about how they just let go and shift, they are actually putting faith in themselves and trusting that they will shift. Trust is SOOOO important. Please give the book a read because genuinely, you will not regret it. Like genuinely please read it. Trust me and trust yourself.
There have been times when I unintentionally shifted, and there have also been times when I set the intention to shift but ended up in a reality I wasn't planning on going to.
However, every time I trusted that I would shift and end up where I was meant to go. Even if that meant taking a nap and simply waking up back in my CR.
For me, trust has always been more important than having everything figured out beforehand.
Setting an intention is still very useful when doing anything. However, trust is what leads the way.
It kind of reminds me of Peter Pan. He was able to travel to Neverland with "faith, trust, and pixie dust."
Whether it's shifting or anything else, I've found that trusting the process and letting go is more important than trying to control the outcome.
you can shift by daydreaming. you can shift by fantasizing. you can shift by romanticizing. you can shift by thinking negatively. you can shift while doubting. you can shift while overthinking. you can shift while feeling disconnected. you can shift if you don’t take breaks. you can shift if you don’t feel motivated. you can shift if you don’t believe in yourself.
you can shift by doing whatever. you. want.
people telling you otherwise are just speaking from their own limitations and you have no reason to listen to them. you don’t have to agree with certain beliefs if they don’t align with what feels right to you. you don’t have to accept anything people say if it feels limiting or wrong!
always listen to yourself first. your intuition will guide you far better than outside noise ever could. you are allowed to follow what makes sense to you, because:
you don’t need permission from others, only yourself. ‹𝟹
Shifting for the mundane things is underrated tbh. Forget the extravagant shit, I’m shifting to eat food, shifting to crack , shifting to make friends, shifting to watch new shows, shifting to wear new clothes etc etc.

I shifted again out of irritation and pure determination!
Yesterday, I woke up earlier than usual and decided to take an afternoon nap. I had a massive headache and was irritated at most of my s/os (except Zuko) because I hadn’t seen or interacted with them during my last several shifts.
In full transparency, a little over a week ago I randomly shifted to a reality where my s/o was dead and I was a young widow. I was still processing that shift and part of me worried that it was the reason I hadn’t been able to fully shift over the past week.
However, I was determined to shift regardless of how irritated I felt. I didn’t want that traumatic shift to make me feel like I couldn’t continue my shifting momentum. I was open to going anywhere, but I had been thinking a lot about my daughter and how much I missed her.
I went to sleep around 1:30, woke up around 2:30, sent “2:34” in the chat with my shifting friends, and then fell asleep again.
That’s when I shifted back to the parallel reality with my daughter. Except she was no longer a newborn. She was around 7 months old.
While I was there, I went to a family friend’s wedding, won best dressed, did a photoshoot for a magazine, went to the park with my friends and family, attended class, and found out that one of my friends was pregnant.
Another interesting thing is that I had some friends there that I don’t recognize in this reality. There was also a park by my house that doesn’t exist in this reality either.
I still didn’t see my s/o because he was traveling for work again. I’ll admit that this irritated me yesterday, but I’m over it now. I’m sure I’ll see him eventually.
I’m just happy that I got to see my baby girl again! She’s so chill and barely cries (at least she didn’t while I was there). Her hair has gotten longer, and her eyes and lips are so pretty. Then again, maybe I’m just biased.
This experience reminded me that you can shift regardless of your mood or physical state. I didn’t let my raging headache stop me. I didn’t let my irritation stop me. And I didn’t let the fear that my previous shift had somehow ruined my ability to shift stop me either.
I shifted yesterday, and I know I’ll shift again soon!

"How I became a master shifter (+ why methods aren't working for you"
Hello! I've been seeing a lot of disinformation lately, and I've noticed that some people might need help, so I wanted to chime in. I can shift whenever I want, and I see a LOT of limiting beliefs—but I understand because I was once on the other side.
Disclaimer: This is all based on my personal experience with how I became a master shifter.
You'll want to read everything—it's important.
(!!!!! This isn’t an original post of mine, I don’t remember where I found it but it’s from a deactivated acc and I don’t know if she/he’s in another acc on here!!!)
I first shifted around March 2022. I would always use methods. I would affirm, tell myself I was detached from this reality, and so on. During my very first shift, I literally affirmed all night long (if this sounds familiar, it's because I used to have another blog here, lol). You know, really complicated stuff. Then... things changed. I couldn't shift anymore. I kept using the same methods, but they didn't work!
That's when I started questioning everything about shifting and consciousness.
Why was it that I could be in another reality where things like magic exist, but then suddenly I couldn't shift anymore? Why were the methods, like lucid dreaming or the void, seemingly more powerful than the act of switching realities itself? Why, when I shifted from my Desired Reality to my Current Reality, all I needed to do think of my CR to shift back—but it didn't work the other way around?
None of it made sense! And I'm sure many others have asked themselves these same questions.
I came up with two theories:
1. This reality has something unique compared to the infinite other realities. To shift from here, you need something extra, like a method.
2. There's something else at play, something unrelated to the realities themselves.
I dismissed the first option.
There's nothing inherently special about this reality. So why do we use methods here but not in our DRs?
Then, I thought back to how l used to shift... detaching from my body, affirming until I shifted. It all aligned with my subconscious beliefs. The method didn't work because that's how shifting works, but because it made sense to my subconscious. Of course I would shift if I did these things—because that's what I believed shifting required.
Well... kind of. As I said, it made sense because it aligned with my beliefs. So when the method failed, I wasn't letting myself shift.
Did you catch that? I didn't It myself shift. Of course, it wasn't the method. At what point do you actually shift? Is it when you affirm? Do you really think the universe is just waiting for you to say the right thing cnough cimes before it switches
No. It's you.
So, you have two choices:
1. Find a method that truly aligns with your beliefs, or
2. Change your subconscious beliefs.
Changing your beliefs might seem hard, but I'm going to explain why it's not as difficult as it feels.
All your life, you've had certain beliefs, but those beliefs came from somewhere. You weren't born thinking you need methods to shift—it's something that developed over time. Which means it's not set in stone. It can be changed.
I realized that every reality holds the same weight. There's NOTHING you can do in this one—no intrusive thoughts or negative emotions—that can stop you. Why? Because those thoughts and emotions are products of this reality. Shifting is simply changing what you're aware of. That's literally it. Anything outside of that can't stop you.
Yes, we've all seen those posts saying things like, "Oh, you're not focused enough" or "You spend too much time on X, Y, Z" or even "You don't go outside enough" (I legit read this on here—y'all are wildin'). Are you in your DR thinking "Oh, I thought about failing to shift, it means I won't :(*? Of course you aren't! But nothing can stop you from shifting. Nothing can stop you from being aware that you are a master shifter.
"So, how do you become aware of that?
I started affirming throughout the day. I would tell myself these things:
• I'm pure consciousness. I create my reality, and everything around me is just what I choose to perceive.
• I'm a master shifter. I don't need methods. All I need to do is choose to shift, think of my DR, and it happens.
• Nothing in the 3D can stop me from shifting, because I'm in the 4D and pure consciousness."
I told myself these things constantly, and I truly understood what I was affirming. What being pure consciousness and being a master shifter actually meant. I stopped using methods. I stopped acting like this reality was special compared to the ones I wanted to be in. And then... it happened.
I shifted. During the day. I simply thought of my DR, told myself, I want to shift, and there I was—in my DR. It happened because, as I said, my subconscious beliefs changed and then manifested in my reality. The same way they did when I believed I needed methods.
Naturally, I stopped using methods. I stopped trying to shift. I no longer thought, Okay, tonight I'm going to shift, and I'm going to use X method.
Because that's not how you think or act when you're a master shifter. I let go—why would I bother using a method before sleeping when I could just stand up, think about my DR, and be there? Why would I bother doing a method before falling asleep when I knew I'm a master shifter?
I allowed myself to shift. It was me! When people ask, What method did you use? What did you do to shift? — do you really, truly believe it's the method that makes you shift? Of course you do, because you live in a reality that seems logical, and you apply that logic to shifting.
But shifting isn't logical! It just happens! I have no idea why—it's literally just magic to me—but that's how it works.
So, you need to understand:
You make it happen. That's a good thing, right? It means you don't need methods, and you don't need to keep searching for "the key.”
