Meet the BLU Team!
Location - Coldfront
Medic - Friedrich Ludwig Humboldt
45 y/o - German
The BLU teams hostile, rather stern medic. Always looking down at you with his judgemental, ice cold and tired eyes because he hasn't slept for days. He's very prim and proper, God forbid you slightly slouch around him. Despite his demeanour, he's a very caring medic who loves his team as if they were his own family and always has an open hand to help them when they need, whether that be physical or mental support. He majored in Psychology, so he is a very good therapist for his team. And nobody can hide anything from him, he can read right through them based on their behaviours. Archimedes is Fritz's licensed Therapy Animal.
Fritz is very inspired from the Emesis Blue Medic. He has the same deeper voice and more subtle German accent than RED Medic does, the same icy eyes, tired appearance and flat expressions.
Demoman - Tavish DeGroot
32 y/o - Scottish
The drunkard, barely leaves his room he shares with the Soldier and is hungover and passed out almost all day. The only time he gets out is for breakfast or dinner with the rest of the team, or when the Soldier drags him out for some kind of activity. He's somber for a Demoman, but when he's sober he's a lot more lively and energetic. The Soldier enjoys wrestling with Demo when he's finally sobered up and doing something more than sleeping, which is why he's constantly covered in scrapes and bruises. His fascination with explosives only grows with each day, and he's always working on new bombs to blow up the RED team to smithereens.
Soldier - Theodore "Shark" Luckner
35 - American (Kansas)
The aforementioned wrestle-loving Soldier. However if you call him that, he won't respond. He only responds to Shark, and even his own legal name will barely get a reaction out of him. He got the nickname from the BLU Demoman because of his unnaturally sharp teeth (and knack for biting everyone) and it just stuck with the rest of the team. Shark acts more like an animal than he does a human a lot of the time, always growling or snarling or biting at his teammates. Shark is hard of hearing because of Demoman's constant explosions and his own rocket launcher going off constantly, and has a hard time realizing how loud he's speaking until Medic shushes him. He's always yelling excitedly or just talking way too loud. He has a baby raccoon friend, "Sir Bitesworth."
Shark is 'best friends' (as he would call it) with the RED Demoman. Only BLU Demo is aware.
Scout - Jamison Bélanger
31 y/o - American (Boston)
Jamison - Who prefers Jay - acts like your typical rebellious, moody teenager for a grown man in his 30s/hj. His 'moody' behaviours are usually triggered by something, as Jay has some anger issues and a hard time controlling heavy emotions like anger, grief, etc. and he will snap at his teammates quite easily. He still has the typical scout energy and cockiness, especially while out in battles or pulling stupid pranks on his teammates (Fritz, specifically). You'll usually find him skateboarding from place to place throughout the base, despite the medic's many lectures and yelling at him down the hallways, or he'll be sitting grumpily in the medbay because of his respawn-related health issues. He's in a love-hate relationship with the team's Sniper, constantly bickering with him day in and day out, but they would still kill for one another.
Sniper - Elijah Mundy
29 y/o - Australian
The Huntsman Sniper, always has a quiet and watchful eye over his team. He never likes getting involved and usually prefers to stay back and watch what everyone else is doing, he gets just as much joy from seeing them smile than he does doing what little activities they can do with them. Elijah is a wood carver, and made his own Huntsman bow and arrows. Each arrow has it's own unique design as well as the bow that is decorated with outlines of deers and polar bears, which are always found around the Coldfront base. Jay's old baseball bat is also decorated with Elijah's carvings and designs.
Heavy - Mikhail Sokolovic
44 y/o - Russian
Mikhail is your typical Heavy, calm and reserved a lot of the time and only speaking up when he needs to, or when Fritz needs a few encouraging words from him. Misha is always willing to give a pep talk to his teammates when they need it as well, somehow always knowing exactly what to say to make them feel better. Although, he is very loud when it comes to being in the middle of a battle, shouting and yelling angry Russian curses at the RED team. He is in a very loving relationship with the Medic, and hopes to propose to him soon.
Spy - Victor Bélanger
Early - Mid 50s - French
Stubborn as all hell spook. He refuses to admit he's cold because "That hideous jacket will hide this limited edition Louis Crabbemarche suit." Fashion always comes first in his mind and it took a lot of convincing from Engineer, his partner, to at least wear a scarf and earmuffs for the frigid weather and snow that's always pouring down on Coldfront. Spy is disappointed in himself for how he acted as a 'father' to Jay when he was a boy, and Jay still holds it against him. However, he's working on bettering himself to take on a more fatherly role to his grandson.
Engineer - Dellian Conagher
Late 40s - Early 50s - American (Texas)
"It's not a dad bod, it's a father figure." Is Dell's motto. He is the dad of the entire team despite having no real kids himself, the closest he's got is the Pyro, his 'might as well be adopted' son. His Texan nature always screams through him, especially when trying to do something cute for spy (it's always laced with cheesy cowboy-esque things) though he's a lot more tame for an engineer. He's always absorbed in work, making blueprints and trying to fix whatever the hell is going on with respawn. And their heating system.
Pyro - Lucien Bélanger
Late 30s - French & Italian
Lucien is clever. He has a lot of witty comebacks built up but can never say them without only Dell being able to understand him through his muffled speech. He's very grumpy, sassy and uncharacteristically calm compared to the RED Pyro, but still has his giggly moments. They're usually only shown when he's alone or only with Dell. He has a 'big brother' role of the group, especially towards James. Lucien also knows fire is dangerous, he doesn't see the rainbows and colours like the RED does. He sees pain and suffering within the hypnotizing flames and he loves it.
