A pout was turning on his face, as the Illuminati leader let out a small sigh. “Now, now, no need to be so serious. I’m only in search of a little entertainment, and what better place to find that then here?" Alexander’s smirk soon returned to his lips. There was a dark glint to his eyes, that almost showed that he was anything but innocent. Which, of course, he was anything other than commendable. After all, he’d probably committed more crimes than he could count, anymore.
The raven haired male took a step to the side, “Then please, answer their pleas first, I have nothing at all to do, however, I know that lately the police have had more on their hands than they know what to do with, am I right?" He let out a small chuckle, he wasn’t stopping anyone from doing their job, Alex was simply looking for some entertainment, some trouble to cause.
Lloyd should have expected that -- it is indeed an intruder. No one these days comes into the police department to have "fun" or any some sort of entertainment. Only Mafiosos think this is a game, but it's not. Of course, Lloyd didn't put down his guard, and decided to play along the man's mini game. "Ah, I'm sorry, I guess I simply overreacted." The agent replied, returning the smirk.
"Let me assist you, though, my men will take care of the other people. So, you wish to know, eh? If we have to speak about the crimes, then yes, you are correct, but I'm slowly cleaning this place, each passing day."
She tilted her head and smiled.." I’m a little lost around here….could you help me find a place to stay for the night"? she asked sweetly…her small child voice sounding desperate…" I’v been walking around for ages..and I don’t want to sleep in the woods tonight…too many ursaring.."
"Lost? I tell you, it is dangerous around these areas, even more when you're lost." Lloyd replied with a rather stern voice. People think they just can come in to the Police department and do whatever they wish to. "The woods? They're like outside the city, you're in Unova here. If you wish to spend the night, I suggest a hotel."
Sorry I forgot my email for this account lol
I'm back though uwu
A low chuckle escaping his throat, the male shook his head. “Mm, just because it’s rare means that you can’t believe my words, is that it?" He was a bit disappointed, after all, he wasn’t lying, for once. Alexander had simply wanted a little fun, and what better way to get that than to have the Illuminati leader go to find an inspector of his own will? It certainly wasn’t every day, he was partly wondering if he’d get caught, or if he’d make it. Though, the houndoom was very slippery, so he was pretty confident. Not overly so, though. He knew his flaws well, and he kept track with them.
He had a bit of a pout on his face, crossing his arms. “As I just said, I’m just dropping by. Can’t a man do that anymore?" He was a bit upset that he might not be able to get away with it, though he didn’t want to have to run off, a failed attempt. He needed some entertainment, and he’d be damned if he didn’t get it.
"I will admit that in a way, you cannot. The police department is not a green park to stroll in during the afternoons or anything like that." Lloyd growled a bit, leaning himself against the enormous table behind him "When you step inside here, you are supposed to let us know what's wrong with your or anywhere, hell, I don't know myself anymore."
Lloyd huffed. This was quite stressing, but he couldn't allow to get mad so fast neither lose his nerves due to some punk that wanted to screw his mind. "If you have nothing else to do, then leave this place immediately, there are other people behind your line that seek help."
"Then exactly how and why are you here?" She knew people couldn’t just ‘walk’ right into this world, or at lest that’s how it should be. After a few encounters she started to doubt that. “Giratina. The one and only resident of this place."
"Giratina?" Lloyd looked at the lass surprised. He was certain he knew a Giratina, but was male and a cold blood killer. Lloyd hasn't heard from him for a long time. The girl was probably joking or simply had bad luck being named so. "My presence in this place is confidential."
With his hood over his head, Alex knew just how suspicious he looked, and how much attention he could raise from it, and he loved it. He had his always present smirk dancing on his lips. Hearing the male in front of him introduce himself, he had to bite back a laugh. Above everything else, Alexander just wanted to let out the most maniac typed of laughter into the cool air, he was standing right in front of one of the very people that want to catch him. Did the inspector even realize it? Maybe, the raven haired male hoped that things would get a little more interesting with this encounter now.
Letting a low chuckle escape, the houndoom spoke, “Mm, hello, Inspector. Ah, nothing to help me, I just thought I’d drop by." There was a certain tone of slyness is the depths of his voice.
Lloyd quickly squinted his eyes upon hearing the voice. His attention was caught by the man with the hood over the head. By the look of it, he could be a mafia member, but he was not completely certain. People these days will dress up like that just to fool each other. It was completely pathetic and pointless, the police will always find the criminals at all costs.
The man had rested the body weight on the left leg a bit, but not letting his guard down. This could be a trap, but to know, he had to find out "Drop by? That is quite rare from people these days." Lloyd replied, giving him quirky smirk. By the way the other spoke gave the inspector slight shivers. He hated such things with a burning passion. "State your business."

Lloyd had taken a quick glance at the following civilians with quite the suspicion. There was a man that didn't look.. normal like the rest, and it called his attention. Heck, it was hard to tell, since people these days like to dress up in dark colors to fool each other, mostly the mafia and the police. Only the members of the church tend to dress up in more lighter and happier colors, so it's easy to recognize, but these? Not at all.
"Hello there." Lloyd started, fixing his position a bit "I'm agent Lloyd Shulten, a police inspector. How may I help you?"
A grunt emitted from his larynx, his teeth gnashing together and resumed to grind against rows of his teeth. Another bad habit that could result in the loss his dentures luster. Now, he couldn’t risk that. These teeth were meant to rip out throats and innate jolts up to 5 million varieties through a body. The effort to stop his habit, was short witted, however.
Hands scaled up, allowing the papers refuge within the palms of his hands. Meetings were for sissies, Shore thought. Being seen at one of those, and why miss out on the other captures to be made without the ramblings of useless material? Anywho, he’d give this document a wink later. Shore wanted at least another 20 minutes to his lonesome.
“No.” He protested. No more eye contact was shared between them. If the inspector was anything but cold, he would empathize, just like Shore had done.
"What is your name, agent?" Lloyd asked, slowly folding his hands behind on his back. To be honest, that aggressive attitude would not scare the inspector at all. He had already to deal with some insane and twisted mafia members, and they all landed behind the metal bars. But Lloyd couldn't do the same to his own police members, but he was certain they wouldn't go along at all.
Sometimes the inspector wondered why did he even bother talking to this man, but this was his order and obligation. Nothing could have been done to avoid this matter anyways. Just getting his name would be enough for Lloyd to find in the archives and investigate this man's manners more. Just for security of course, to learn how to talk to him.
Well this was a change of pace. Not only did he actually state his name and his occupation, he did it in a respectful manner.
An inspector, huh? Might have came through mistakenly while investigating something. “Nice to meet you, inspector. But I’m afraid you’re wasting your time here."
"I am never wasting my time." Lloyd replied with a rather cold tone in his voice. This place looked so obscure and twisted it somewhat looked for him familiar. In one of the books he used to read as a child, but the man wasn't completely sure. "What is your name, civilian?"
sharpcrown entered your dimension.
And yet another one has appered.
"And you’re here because?"
Lloyd has taken a quick glance around. This was rather a strange looking place, but his attention got caught by the gentle voice in the distance. "Greetings." He replied, approaching the lady closer "The name's Lloyd Shulten, police inspector."
This penguin really hadn’t a clue who he was dealing with now, no? Not even had they known his name, otherwise, Shore definitely would have caught it mid-speech of their words. Alas, not once had any named been spewed.
Shore worked hard to gain the title of an Upper detective - he had a reputation and a name to represent, no way was he going to let any ol’ inspector handle his back bone.
“I’ll save my glare for those who give it back.” He hissed, his eyes draining down the floor, in between his thighs on the seat he sat upon. No mood was found to make an advancement.
This was just like the military; you can't trust anyone and everyone is against you. It's impossible to make friends, but that doesn't bother Lloyd absolutely. With a smirk, the inspector pulled out few papers he had prepared and gently smashed them against the other's chest "Here is your mission for today, agent, since you have missed the meeting. All information is there."
Lloyd tried to look around and see if he could catch the other's name but the badge wasn't there, probably in his pocket or somewhere else hidden "Any further questions?"
"You have gone partying, detective? You know the streets are dangerous at night." The man replied in a cold tone.
“Partying?” He snapped back with an immediate sneer back to the other. He bore his teeth through his terrible habit of aggression. “Like I’d waste precious time on that shit.” He scoffed, his eye contact definite.
Lloyd scoffed back, immediately folding his arms across the chest. That man was just another lower-rank police, thus, he was no match for the inspector. "Save that pretty glare for the criminals that have swarmed the streets." He replied, giving him a slight smirk "If you hadn't gone anywhere last night, then perhaps you wouldn't be as tired as today, agent."
“I really shouldn’t have gone out last night…"
"You have gone partying, detective? You know the streets are dangerous at night." The man replied in a cold tone.
I wanna rp with you guys ;v;
Heather nodded while the man was talking to her. When he informed her he would be her instructor, she was unable to say anything in fear she would make him angry, and possibly refuses to train her, despite her eagerness. She was aware of several mafia groups scattered through the country, but it never came to her mind she would fight them, just like her favorite tv shows.
I will do my best! I won’t disappoint you, sir!
The man took the elevator to the fifth floor, where his office could be found. He slammed the papers against the table and huffed heavily, resting himself in the chair. Lloyd took a peek through the window and could still see Heather jump around like a school girl. It's been a while since he saw someone this excited to be a police member, whereas half the people around now join for revenge only.. Just like him.
He was called for another meetic.. 'I'm getting sick of this already' He thought to himself, groaning. The meeting was about a couple of mafia members from both Sofforenza and Illuminati messing up around the city again. Of course, it's not like they have anything else to do. Just the moment he walked out from the office, Lloyd grabbed an officer's arm "Go outside and bring me a blonde haired girl named Heather, tell her to come it. We gonna roll the city tonight."
Now all he had to do is wait for the girl and for the night to come.
Heather was caught by surprise by the man. With that, she almost drops her coffee on the street, but quickly manages to hold it, avoiding a mess.
She eyed the man with a startled expression. The last thing she wanted that day was to ruin things up.
"I am sorry, I was just trying to keep myself cool for my first day as apprentice…! I passed the test to be an officer, you see.
She holds out a sheet of paper, showing the results of said test. It was clear the girl was accepted.
With a small squint in his eyes, Lloyd gently grabbed the paper and observed the results. She was right indeed, there was no mistakes at all. His eyes caught the name of the lass too "Heather." He spoke, returning her the paper. "I was informed I would have a new apprentice sooner or later named like so. I believe it is you then. Congratulations on passing the test, but remember, the life as a police is way harder than you even expect, so do not ever let your guard down, not even during you break." His voice raised a bit at the last part.
"I will be awaiting you in my office and I expect you to be punctual and very well prepared. Today we're hunting down mafia members." With that said, Lloyd nodded and left, making his way inside the police department.
