Shawn Kailian, also known as passion_thruart, Topolino/topolino90, artsyboy90 and i-tsarevichalexei13, has an interesting history of lusting after underage boys. One might think that this is by accident, but it keeps on happening and he even outright implies that no one needs to know that the characters are underage...
We already know of some of his sick fantasies, but as you can see, it extends to real teenage boys of all kinds. And this doesn't even scratch the surface. His interactions with actual minors are horrifying.

Underage pictures for your self-inserts? Making them act like children in weird sexual age play? Making art of the minor you use for the pictures, being intimate with an adult? You realize that this is drawn Child Abuse material, do you?
You may have deleted most of your online presence (suspicious, if you supposedly aren't guilty for the things you claim), but your acts are well known.

A whole blog dedicated to a predator? When this guy has been getting away with being a creep for years and is being enabled and celebrated by a whole community, then yes it seems necessary.
He has a weird obsession with the Romanov children, but specifically Alexei Romanov. In general, he has a strange obsession with young boys and in the context of role-play, has done highly graphic and sexual age-play. He has tried to force strange fantasies, including underage, incest and SA onto people. That he isn't loyal to his wife is a known fact.
Although he has deleted a lot of his online presence, you can still find him under passion_thruart (insta) and his full name Shawn Kailian. Other usernames include topolino90 (discord), artsyboy90 and i-tsarevichalexei13

John Doe 13. This individual is described as a White male, approximately 180 to 200 pounds and balding with brown hair. Images of this person show him abusing a young girl. A webcam video of this unknown suspect is available on the FBI website HERE.

John Doe 5. Images of this person abusing young children were found on the Internet. The individual is described as a White male in his late 30s or early 40s at the time, with brown eyes. He has a large mole in the middle of his left cheek.

John Doe 8. Images of this person abusing a young girl were found in a video on the Internet in May of 2005. The individual is described as a White male, approximately 180 to 200 pounds, with brown hair. He has a dark circular mark on his right forearm and wore a distinctive ring on his left hand.
If one of these faces looks just like your neighbor, old boss, aunt's weird ex-boyfriend, that guy you see at the grocery store, etc (even if you're not sure because the person in question has aged or changed or died) - SAY SOMETHING!
Don't disclose your suspicions to any mutual acquaintances or family who may be accomplices. Don't question the person about it directly as it may cause them to flee!Contact ECAP. Not everyone the FBI is seeking is suspected of a crime.
