I'm lunching on Paco's Tacos (my fave) and I almost forgot to mention that we went kayaking at Laguna Azul in Sauce, Peru, a teeny tiny jungle town. We also went running in Lima and walked around in the rain in Santiago. You loved it, @pacostacosaustin. I love adventures and so does Paco. GUYS. I'm going to try not to write this whole post in all caps but it's really hard. Yesterday was my 2-year Austin-i-versary. I left NYC 7 years to the day two years ago. I couldn't wait to go, and also God had to peel me off of the sidewalk. One of my mentors, an UES woman in her 70s told me at the time, 'Sometimes you gotta shake the earth a little.' Indeed. This is my work buddy Mike. He's a native New Yorker, and we've both spent lots of our lives at 1515 Broadway {love you guys!!! nick, mtv, logo, la la la}. He's an insanely good UI/UX designer and we're having a great time jamming together on projects. Anyway! We went for tacos at a food truck and rode his motorcycle down S 1st. I can think of no better way to celebrate my {new} life in Austin. I posted this in another post, but I am loving life so hard right now. Gratitude. ps, it's Mike's birthday!!! 🌮🎉🌮🎉

Cruising around top-down this weekend with my favorite lady in the sunny city of Houston. Love her so much, love our time together, and love that city (it has such a bad rap! it's fun and cosmopolitan, and I do love big cities. Esp tropical ones). By the by, I think I am in my favorite season of life so far. I'm {finally} pretty settled into life in Austin, loving my community, my work, the sunshine, and life in general.
