i think one of the funniest possible ways for sam to find out about the mixtape is he and jack have to take cas’s truck to town for supplies or something without dean and cas and houses of the holy starts blasting through the speakers and sam’s like “wow dean’s taste in music must be rubbing off...” and jack’s like “oh actually dean made cas a mixtape! it’s called ‘dean’s top 13 zepp traxx’ and it’s all we ever listen to. i think it’s okay but cas won’t ever let me change it—“ and sam’s brain is just. record scratch. high pitched static. “wait. hold on. dean’s top 13—he—dean made who a what?”
