He’s just sitting on the couch in the basement, silent, eyes fixated on the wall. His teeth dug into his bottom lip, tearing at its chapped skin. He was currently experiencing an overwhelming desire to HURT SOMEONE. But, to avoid inflicting pain on anyone or himself, he sat there, staring. He could read a comic to take his mind off his violent urges, but he felt too angry to even move.

     the air of rage hits her like a tidal wave, tension rippling through it before she even made it down the stairs. that look isn’t anything new to her. she’s seen her boyfriend explode hundreds, if not thousands, of times & gently steps closer as not to annoy him further.   “   bill  ?   ”  voice gentle, one she’d use with a child to coax them into opening up.   “   i, um -- bought some cookies from mcdonalds & there’s some for you... they even had lego toys...   ”
