I think that in order for us to grow, we have to have an open mind – our mind must be quiet. I am the worst to talk about that as I am a thinker – I think, think, think all the time. And when my mind is thinking – nothing can get in!!! So I have had to learn to quiet it – and it is still something I work on – You know how it is to get a song in your head over and over – yikes!

Anyway, one time when my mind was quiet – I had the tv on and I was scanning the channels. I saw something that intrigued me – it was Dr. Wayne Dyer’s Excuses Be Gone.

Guess what? I bought it! And as usual, I enjoyed it too. And learned so much. You know it is so easy to make excuses about losing weight or making that dreaded phone call or whatever. This book (and CD) really helped me to see that there is no need for me to have an excuse for anything in my life. I have to take full responsibility and just go for it – whatever it might be! No more excuses.

So, I began a totally awesome study that led me from one thing to another, and I would like to share everything that I can with you. Since then I have made some changes that I never thought possible. If I can do it, you can too.

It is important for us to be happy. It is important for us to feel love.
