Otto's Irresistible Dunce
Casting Time: 1 action Range: 30 feet Components: V, S Duration: Concentration, up to 1 hour Classes: Bard, Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard You summon an irresistible dunce in a space within range. The dunce is an unbelievably attractive humanoid with the statistics of a commoner except for its Wisdom, Intelligence, and Charisma scores, which are 3, 3, and 20 respectively. The dunce disappears when it drops to 0 hit points or when the spell ends. The dunce is friendly to you and your companions for the duration, but acts under the DM's control. Roll initiative for the dunce, which has its own turns. At the beginning of every one of its turns, every creature within 30 feet that can see or hear it must make a Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by the dunce. The dunce may use its action to persuade others to do as it wishes, and when it does so those who are charmed and within 30 feet must make a Wisdom saving throw or fall prey to peer pressure and obey. Its desires, befitting its extremely low intelligence and wisdom, are in general comically ill-considered.
As an action, a charmed creature may make a Wisdom saving throw to regain control of itself, though it remains susceptible to the dunce's charms.
