Having a little one makes it hard do things for yourself. Especially if that means having to leave the house to do it. But I promised myself that my health wouldn't fall to the wayside just because I had a baby. Not only is it important for our physical health, but our mental health too. I'm sure other mommies can relate but I am a much better mom when I'm happy, healthy, and strong.
