I heard some suspicious things going above me and I decided to record it, you know dragging sounds, liquid falling sounds! Its not good! I think he knows I am onto him. He is trying to intimidate me. And it's working! But also I don't really care.

So the evidence I have gathered so far is that he has way too many duffel bags, and buys too much tape and clear plastic wrap. I also saw him buy lab grade hydrogen peroxide.

I believe that is enough for the yard to report as suspicious activity, if they're as desperate for the easy cases as I know they are they should act on it, although there is only so much that they can legally do: acquire a warrant for home investigation, interrogation and perhaps personal surveillance.

If the story you've pieced together proves sound, go straight for the kill — term of speech. Report him for suspected murder and it should speed up the process, he should be given no time to come up with an escape or countermeasure, ensure he is out of the way while the investigation further damns him.

Find the victim(s), his method of choice, his consistencies, and use them to break through his weave of lies.

Or just let the yard handle it and see where it gets you. Who knows, I might end up running into your killer through separate interest.

On behalf of my good friend, I'd like to ask you about Mr William James Moriarty, whom you seem to be quite close with.

I'm not sure if I should air out her secret like this- but you see, she's had her eye on him for a very long time, and would like to know more about him.

What kind of woman is he interested in? Does he prefer brunettes? Blondes? Raven haired intellectuals?

I apologize if this comes off as intrusive, but I seriously cannot stand her whining anymore. If you could assist me in my endeavors to help her, I would really appreciate it.

Let's see here — don't mistake my assistance for any form of investment, I'd like to keep it known that I have no interest in indulging in giggly high-school restroom gossip.

But I can't deny my curiosity as to what would pose as visually striking for Liam. This makes for a fun little experiment.

He is a scrupulous fellow, regards the pillars of society with equal measure and bears no concern for those who don't. He's sophisticated but isn't beyond playful jest. He is sociable, but I suspect he has a strict expectation for whom he would take on with a certain level of intimacy.

The natural parallel would be a woman who shares his philosophy and, the surface of it at least, his intelligence. I believe he's drawn to kindness, elegance and challenge — not just the picture of beauty, but one who can plan a lifetime of antics, debate and surprises.

And, as the juveniles say, a well good wrack.

However it's all alright if she doesn't fit the exact bill, I'd quite like to see how it goes. Consult her, and contact me if she wishes to set it up, will you? 😉

Okay so. I think a murder is living above me. And I am trying to catch them. I need help to gather evidence. So give me all the advice and tell me everything you know to not get caught. Go

As for my advice: Take to note your neighbour's availability, it'll be easier if they're out of the way for your investigation. Leave not a trace of entry should you break in and search their rooms for contacts, pictures that will clue you into their background as well as choice of study, you however will want to study their lifestyle and, I find this often relevant, if they're low (or lacking) contraceptives. Do not. relocate. a thing.

Broaden your horizons. Do they ride by carriage or by foot? Do they travel far? Are they ever in the same place? Can you trap them? Is their a discernible pattern to whom they encounter — You'll see patterns to be crucial, and your best friend to be your capacity to deduce.

And then, I guess, relay your findings to Scotland Yard — they're looking for a case that need not to hold their hand for.

There will be time to settle the score with Mycroft, after all I'm sure he's occupied with mediating the queen's troubles. The noble criminal doesn't possess the luxury of waiting, nor have I the patience.

For the common man, you'd be correct. Smoking inflicts an unnecessary toll upon the lungs and supplies nicotine most consume purely for the sake of it. I, however, make sufficient use of my tobacco – it sharpens the mind and opens doors I might fail to check otherwise.

Although,,

nowadays I feel somewhat inclined to take it in moderation.

As always, your charming riddles pose only questions disguised as hints. Robes and furred gowns, plate sin and gold, lance of justice... the choice of words here are certainly unconventional, furred gowns are sold for special nowadays, not that I possess much expertise in the area. The Russian and Siberian empire are the obvious connection, although lances don't bear a significant symbolic value within those regions.

Through tattered clothes (bare skin) great vices do appear: incriminating imprints, tattoos, ecchymosis. An assassin's signature, however that's not a vice too great for a dead man.

Plate sin and gold – This, and the likelihood of having the money to waste on a fur coat, suggests wealth unearned or "undeserved"; but of course you decide that much, and deign to call it justice; speaking of which, the lance,

Too specific; a sword or a dagger, a firearm, even a spear wouldn’t raise any additional thought, but no, this has to be emotional context – a riddle tailored solely to challenge me.

Yes it's true, as if Mycroft wouldn't suffice I do also have a younger sister. Her name's Enid, although the public daringly took it upon themselves to call her "Shirleen". Demeaning, wouldn't you say?
