I should have started this shit earlier today!! Made some Cauliflower Bites from the Thug Kitchen Cookbook. They are a bit spicy, but I can handle them. Next time, I will fry them to see if I can get them more crispy like chicken wings. I also baked some Carrot Cake Cookies from the same book. They aren't as sweet as I want but still good.
