My impressions on Rune Factory 4 while watching the trailer

Why didn't I know till now that there was a Rune Factory coming for the 3DS?

how difficult, and how much work was it, to make your Satori mod? because I am scum who always wants to start a million projects, I kinda wanna make a Daiyousei character mod once I am done with Yuuka's Mugenkan civilization for Civ 5. Bad idea, or horrible idea?

Mmm it was a lot of work, yes. I'm also a person who wants to start a lot of projects but ends up doing nothing. I expected this mod to be the same, especially since I had no idea about coding, but fortunately having Terri helping me was great! He also pushes me to continue with the art and giving ideas for improvements, but most of the work behind the mod is all by him.

At the start it was really slow because he wasn't used to lua (the code language that Don't Starve uses) and we had to learn by doing a lot of mistakes. Now fixing bugs, crashes and figuring out things goes much faster.

I always recommend people doing stuff, especially if they're things that they enjoy, but if you're a procrastinating and fickle person like I am I would advise you to find someone interested in your project and do a collaboration together.
