i'll be honest, i don't have any motivation for tumblr rp these days. it might be the hectic season, the new job taking my time, or just feeling overwhelmed with trying to keep up on here, but i just am not here for it these days. i'm going to take a hiatus from writing on here.
however i am looking for some long-term rp plots to write exclusively on discord. can be ship, friends, enemies, anything. ocs, canons, crossovers... if you're interested, DM me and i'll drop my discord.

"she comes with me." by the firmly set jaw and steely eyes, he wasn't taking no for an answer.
megumi's worries weren't that difficult to figure out; the boy was still just a young human, afraid of being left behind, left alone. he had been abandoned, after all, by careless people that suguru would find hard to forgive. that kind of pain settling in early childhood was nothing he could relate to, he could only try to fill the holes left behind. "i feel like losing them while they're still alive is harder than just plain dying. makes you wonder what you've done wrong," he remarked with a wave of his hand as he walked over, placing an arm around megumi's shoulders. "walk with me," he suggested before continuing. "sometimes you mess up and you can fix it. sometimes it can't be fixed and you carry that guilt with you. and sometimes it's not your fault. recognizing which one it is is the difficult part but don't default to assuming it's you who's at fault,"
megumi fell silent, understanding that this was a moment for his father-figure to speak and he to listen. he gave him a thoughtful look as he did, his chin hidden behind his collar as the arm wound around him. he was still as chilly as he'd been as a child, rarely allowing others to touch him and barely allowing it from others. however, he freely let geto-san lead him on their walk, inwardly glad for the connection despite seeming aloof.
"okay. geto-san, forgive me if you don't want to answer but.... have you lost people close to you?"
a hand on his shoulder became a welcome weight keeping him anchored down. it was comforting in the very way that he needed right now. he lets out a breath he didn’t know he’d been holding.
❛❛ it’s not your fault , don’t say that. I wasn’t strong enough and — and I almost got you killed. ❜❜ He frowns , looking at megumi and matching the same emotion in his own eyes. when he returned he didn’t realize just how badly his death had affected the other two first years. they hadn’t known each other long but there was already an undeniably bond there.
he looks down for a moment , nodding along to megumi’s words. perhaps it’d be impossible but his determination to save lives kept him fighting. ❛❛ you’re right but . . . that doesn’t mean I can’t try. ❜❜
"that's what troubles me," he admitted, turning his head to stare off at nothing in particular. "one day you're going to try to save someone and you're going to die doing it. it's the most common fate we all share. if you try to save every single person, you'll just run straight into that fate. worst of all, what if that person's life isn't worth it?"

as she practically fell into his arms, he let out a soft breath and let his arms wind around her in return. at first he'd been startled, but quickly welcomed her close, a hand easing down her back slowly.
"is everything alright?"
She nodded. "The mission today was just super scary. I still have a headache from the stress of it," she answered. His embrace comforted her, however. "Just wanted to be with you for a while. To help me calm down..."
"that's alright," he spoke softly. his tone was gentler than usual, since she seemed a shade fragile. "want to rest in your room? i can get you a hot compress for your forehead, and we can rest together until you recover."

"i'm going to buy a book. i want to read it," he huffed as he counted the money - just to be sure it was all there. finally satisfied, he tucked it away into his pocket carefully.
She almost begins to further question Fushiguro's claim about how the dogs don't poop because it makes no sense if they eat (Nobara logic. Why is he acting like he knows his shadows better than Nobara?). Almost. That is until her thoughts are rudely interrupted by her classmate's mention of Itadori.
His accusation leaves her gobsmacked. Was she starting to lose her grace?
"What's that supposed to mean?" she asks, uncertainty beginning to replace the curiosity she had when she initially asked about the shadow defecation. She isn't sure whether she should be offended or not.
"it means i know you know better. i've seen your grades. your understanding of sorcery is what got you here, after all, isn't it? how can a shikigami made of shadows have a digestive tract?" he raised his eyebrows, and pointed a finger at her.
"if you let itadori's strange imagination cloud your head, you're going to make mistakes."
❛❛ you should have some respect towards your father boy , he's someone who deserves everybody's respect . ❜❜ the bitterness in his tone was quite clear. ❛❛ only toji-kun and I are the great ones, the rest are just losers. ❜❜
"haven't you heard you have to earn respect? that guy hasn't earned any of mine." he shook his head, giving him a stare that showed he really didn't think all that much of the other. "if you're so great, how come you're not the heir to the clan?"
i don't care if i'm right or wrong. i just have faith in my own good conscience.
