Thinking about creating a AU where Tobirama also died during the war states period.

Both Hashirama and Madara had no brothers left when Hashirama proposed peace and they created the village together. Madara never nursed a grudge against Hashirama for always having more than him.

An Uchiha is named the second Hokage, they never get forcefully into the police force and never get cast away the village whatsoever.

Both Hashirama and Madara are elderly guys that go to casinos at late night together by the time Naruto was born, they got to see their children and grandchildren grow up and probably avoided the first great ninja war all together because wtf would fight Konoha with both Hashirama and Madara around?

They get their bromance in peace and watch shit happen with the younger generation while calling all of them snowflakes.

It's always fun to look back on a drawing started the day before and see all the flaws. To be fair, I whipped this up fairly quickly, considering the number of characters. And it helps that this is an unserious drawing. Still, I could have flipped the canvas a bit more often when lining.

Belatedly remembered that you should adjust the opacity on the layer, rather than the brush when shading. I sorta knew this, but I haven't been doing it. Why do I make my work so much harder for myself?

I wonder if Minato reminded Tsunade of Dan in the same way Naruto reminded her of Nawaki. Not romantically, just the fact that Minato has Dan's face, gentle demeanor and the same dream of becoming Hokage. Even if they were not close, I believe his death must have hurt her. In fact, both Minato and Naruto are a mix of the most important people in Tsunade's life: as I said, Minato has Dan's looks and personality, plus Jiraiya's hair and his view of the shinobi world. Naruto is also really similar to Nawaki and shares a lot of traits with Jiraiya. The same can be said about Mito and Kushina if we want to expand on it: both Uzumaki, married to a Hokage, jinchurikis of the Kyubi and with a strong personality. I know this is all due to Kishimoto copy pasting his own characters with no regards about creating new ones (this is particularly infamous with Naruto and his million copies), but uggg, there's something about this that's really interesting.

The Namikaze-Uzumaki family must feel like ghosts of the past to Tsunade.
