What is your biggest regret?

I don't have one anymore. The closet that I have to a regret is not going to visit home more often.

i love that every pokémon is someone’s favourite pokémon. it doesn’t matter how much you dislike a pokémon or how forgettable you you think a design is, out there is someone who thinks it’s their baby. my coworker who only discovered pokémon through pokémon go absolutely loves tangela and has a small army of fully powered up ones. at an expo once i saw a woman at a booth desperately trying to find an onix plushie because it was her daughter’s absolute favourite. i talked with someone recently who announced sudowoodo as their tippy top favourite. every single one is loved by someone and idk, i think that’s gotdang heartwarming

Sorry for this rant. I need to get it out. Ignore if you want.

Why is it that I the "friends" I have that live around me are the worst people, but the people who are truly my friends aren't anywhere close to me??

I want to be able to spend time with and talk to and share with people and SEE THEM. Friends. Who care. Who also want to see and spend time with me.

I'm so tired of putting effort and time into people who forget me. And hurt me. But still say they are my "friends".

What did I do wrong?? What am I doing wrong?? Help me to be better so that you invite me to things like baby showers and other social gatherings.

Or... do I just say fuck them? Give up? This has been going on for years.

I do have people who truly care, but they don't live anywhere close to me. And that hurts because I want they even want to spend time with me but that's hard to so when they live half way across the country!! And I don't to be a bother to them...

So to sum everything up, I want real friends. I want to be a good friend to someone who lives near me and I can spend time with. And I want them to be a good friend for me. Is that too much to ask or am I just that bad of a person that no one wants that from me?

Ok so we had to fight our way to the bottom of a castle to stop a group of cultists from summoning an Orc god to the world and we got there and the ritual was already going so I ran up to the god, who had already begun to manifest, and cast Finger of Death, which kills any target I touch if they fail a Fortitude roll. Since he was a god, he had a good constitution and would have certainly survived
