Tony what can I make with like 4-5 tomatoes and pantry staples? I need to use up tomatoes tomorrow but I have no ideas on how to use them!

hmmm. a frittata or a quiche? you can throw diced tomatoes, maybe a bell pepper, an onion, some cheddar cheese. jalapeno if you're nasty. maybe throw in some taco seasoning if you feel like it? cut up an extra tomato into slices for garnish on top.

suggestion 2 is rice. rice pilaf, fried rice, or hell - just plain cooked rice. just toss in diced tomatoes while it's cooking, you can make a tomato or three disappear. again, best accomapnied by other veggies (onions? peas? carrots? veggie mix maybe?), but I mean, it's not like there's rules for things.

finally if you have easy boxed meals that's also a place to add some maters. some ground meat and tomatoes in box mix mac and cheese or hamburger helper, or a rice mix. or, hell, add some mato to a can of baked beans if you don't mind the texture.
